I called and receptionist and she was very rude and said she was contacted awhile back and was told to cancel the appointments which did not happen. Not surprised tho. The business is a money maker with little to no customer appreciation and as the customer I've always felt like an inconvenience. 0 stars. By the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one that has had issues here.
