The front desk staff greet you with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor, not to mention they are very knowledgeable. My hygienist is Nicole, who also is friendly and made me feel at ease. She diligent explaining what cleaning procedures she is performing, does a thorough job cleaning, and ensure you are comfortable. Dr. McGill is no exception to the friendly and comfortable staff. He greets you with a smile, asks (and genuinely cares) about your life, and is also thorough with is exam. Coming from my previous dental office, where everything was very old school, to Dr. McGill's office was a night and day difference. Dr. McGill's office has digital x-rays which for me made them much easier to have taken, they had a camera to take photos of my mouth so Dr. McGill can show me on a tablet areas he is referencing, etc. Due to how impressed I was with Dr. McGill's over all practice I decided to have some cosmetic work done. I am in the process of having my old silver fillings replaced with white ones. As a teenager I had traditional braces, and have never been fully satisfied with the end results. Dr McGill offers a system like Invislign. Essentially invisible and removable braces. After Dr. McGill explained the benefit and ease of the retainers I decided to do it. I'm told are barely noticeable by friends and colleagues. He or his staff have never been pushy about any services, but happy to share information when I asked about the services.

Techs are skilled, knowledgeable, well trained and all are pleasant to have caring for my needs. Dr. never pushes procedures and approaches oral care holistically. I adjusted our insurance to be able to use Klopenstine. I went there for a few years, even when my insurance didn't cover it. I like going there that much.

This family practice only cares about how much money your family brings in. My family has been with…read morethem for over 25 years; however, they 'kicked us out' of their practice stating we missed too many appointments. I asked them to provided proof as we had not missed an appointments in over five years, nor had we missed any recently. They said they would call me back. When I called they would not answer so I used a different phone. Umber and when they answered I asked them to send me proof, all they provided was the missed appointment policy. I called back and asked them to send proof. They sent via snail mail the policy again with no proof - becaue they made a mistake and clearly unwilling to admit it. It is because we are not spending enough money there. We have only had cleanings in the last couple years. Unbelievable. Over 25 years of care and this is how they treat their patients. With six kids, our old method was to take 2 kids to the dentist at a time…read more 2 hours later, we'd be home, and have to do this again 3 more times. Then repeat every 6 months. Then we had the issue of not knowing how to contain our costs on routine care, which was running north of $200/person! Now our family is part of the RAD plan at Red Arrow. We pay a reasonable amount for the year--flat--with a discount on additional items. All 8 of us were seen in a little over the time that 2 of us were seen at our former dentist. And best of all, we feel valued and cared for both as patients with teeth to steward and as people. I'm glad we've found our model moving forward, and I think anyone else dissatisfied with how they are doing dental should consider the Red Arrow team.
