Zent fixed the problem the day I arrived and had me back in the next morning for additional work that was needed. The staff is beyond friendly- you can tell they love their jobs- and have been so helpful and flexible about arranging appointments and getting the xrays from my past dentist, who was trying to make me pay for them. Sheena and Steve (dentists) are married partners off the practice, and they are both fantastic, friendly and gentle. I was informed about every step of what they were doing both before and during the procedures, and they're great about letting you know when something might hurt (literally nothing hurt). Great dentists, great environment.

She diligent explaining what cleaning procedures she is performing, does a thorough job cleaning, and ensure you are comfortable. Dr. McGill is no exception to the friendly and comfortable staff. He greets you with a smile, asks (and genuinely cares) about your life, and is also thorough with is exam. Coming from my previous dental office, where everything was very old school, to Dr. McGill's office was a night and day difference. Dr. McGill's office has digital x-rays which for me made them much easier to have taken, they had a camera to take photos of my mouth so Dr. McGill can show me on a tablet areas he is referencing, etc. Due to how impressed I was with Dr. McGill's over all practice I decided to have some cosmetic work done. I am in the process of having my old silver fillings replaced with white ones. As a teenager I had traditional braces, and have never been fully satisfied with the end results. Dr McGill offers a system like Invislign. Essentially invisible and removable braces. After Dr. McGill explained the benefit and ease of the retainers I decided to do it. I'm told are barely noticeable by friends and colleagues. He or his staff have never been pushy about any services, but happy to share information when I asked about the services.

I have never had it in my life. I had to have a broken molar extracted. I had an infection that went into the nerve. It was you have it or I don't get the service. So I did it and tried very hard to not breathe it in. I was not given antibiotics, pain medications or a prescribed anti-inflammatory like prednisone because I could not take ibuprofen. I was so sick from the gas and ended up at the walk in clinic. Dr. ended up in jail for something and I got the bill for last August 2025 two weeks ago - June 2026 with no breakdown of costs. Just $1900 and a charge for the laughing gas denied because I was too old to have it supposedly. Seriously? Worst customer service and patient care. Also I could have used my FSA, and now I can't of course.

Well, at the FIRST appointment they barely addressed the issue and I was still in pain walking out of the office. They spend the whole time taking manual pictures because their machine was broken. Which is not a big huge deal because I wasn't in a rush but it was inconvenient. The SECOND appointment was the cleaning. Now, I have had several years of braces and take very good care of my teeth. I have had a permanent retainer for the last 9 years without a problem. Wouldn't you know, the day after my cleaning the permanent retainer breaks. Now, I do believe in coincidences but this was not a coincidence. So now I have to find a new dentist and pay $250 to get my permanent retainer fixed. Very disappointed.

They got me in within 2 hours of calling. The building is adorable and located in a woodsy area so that you can watch wildlife outside as you sit in the chair. They have cutting edge, mind blowing technology with their own lab that make the crowns while you wait. No need to make temporaries and return later for the permanents. I can't begin to say how impressed I was by the service! I thought the bill would be really high given how many things were done over more than 90 minutes. I got out for a tiny fraction of what I expected!!! I am thrilled to have found this practice!

I began to watch people walk in and get called back, while I am still sitting there waiting. I waited another 30 minutes. I finally went up to the receptionist and asked if they forgot about me. She proceeds to tell me that the Dr is running behind, and I will be called back shortly. I asked her why I wasnt notified of this and given the choice to wait or reschedule. She couldn't give me an answer. I told her I was leaving and NOT rescheduling, and the office/staff are very unprofessional. I received a blank stare. My guess is while carrying on their personal conversation, I was not checked in and "Dr is running late" was an excuse. If it was an excuse, be professional and own your mistake. I have been to two locations, and both are lacking in professionalism and good customer service. I will not be recommending Aspen Dental and in fact encouraging you run. Run as fast as you can and never second guess your decision!!
