The owner is incredibly lovely, attentive, and truly committed to making sure every ride is the best experience possible. Upon learning the updates with short notice, I made a quick call to Superior Ride and it was no problem. They were able to accommodate a new pick up time. In both cases, the driver was actually there quite a bit earlier in case he landed early (he did!), which was incredibly appreciated. Booking over the phone is easy and they send confirmation emails with all of the details. Customer service, especially from Yvonne, is top notch here and I look forward to working with them again next time.
