I had issues related to plantar fasciitis and was treated by Mehran and his staff. To be honest, I didn't think that physio would help, which was why I didn't book an appointment earlier. But after the first appointment with shockwave therapy, I felt a lot better. After a few sessions, I feel like I've learned enough to manage. Not only do you get the direct physical therapy, but they teach you about the stretches and management that you need to do. The staff are very friendly.

When I first began seeing her, Olivia indicated that I have "Frozen Shoulder".  At that time, my shoulder and arm had a pretty limited range of movement, and I had alot of pain in both - BEFORE beginning therapy. Now, just a few months later, I am close to pain-free, have excellent range of movement, and full use of the arm. I am able to exercise with weights, and my shoulder is not in pain while doing this. I can accomplish all typical activities of daily living, without difficulty. In the clinic, Olivia has worked on my arm and shoulder each time I see her. This hands-on work has made an enormous difference and continues to, in my progress. After each physiotherapy session with her, I was given exercises to do daily at home. These exercises have also helped me move along the healing continuum. Apart from her excellent professional knowledge in her field, Olivia has been kind, engaging, supportive and caring. She reminded me that progress will happen gradually, over time. And I am most definitely seeing that progress! I highly recommend ALPHA Health Services to anyone requiring physiotherapy. R. Then I met the Dr., Pankil. Young, friendly, professional and provides such great detail and explanations. He walked me through first what my appointment would look like, did an assessment and then gave me a play by play of next steps. They did various things like apply heat, used a machine called "tens" on me and dry needling (acupuncture).
