This place is gross. Door to the room doesn't even really lock. It's got a creepy vibe in the room. Super dusty. Smells really bad. If I had another option I would leave.

If I could I would give it a zero! Matt the manager is a joke as I said be careful what you wish for. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Roach

There was no lights in my room. There was cockroaches everywhere! Their pool was not filled whatsoever. I would not recommend hotel.

These beautiful trees were outside of our door. And singing birds in the morning. Really beautiful and friendly place.

These people care about their property. That is evident. Nice people mangled and ran it, made us feel very welcomed. Located far enough from the highway, that it's peaceful through the evening. And the morning. No riff raff. Large room, comfortable clean bed.....really nice experience. Birds signing in the morning. Morning light coming through the bathroom window. The furniture is used, but I have paid more money for a less relaxing experience. Sweet hometown hospitality. We ate at steaks & cakes after. Would stay again. Nicest place as far as a relaxing experience on our whole trip from Chicago. Thank you for the care you give. Great value for the money!!!

Cockroaches!!! A whole family of them behind the bed. Crawled across my pillow. There was vomit in the bathtub! You can hear everything from the rooms upstairs. The young manager or owner, whatever he is was exhausted and rude. No customer skills. Stay away

Being a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I felt valued and recognized with their appreciation. Well-maintained property. The gym and pool areas are well kept and functional. I stayed in Room 333, and it was extremely spacious with a somewhat comfortable bed. I stayed 1 night. Noisy AC, but it works! You want your room super cooler, it does just that. The only issue I really had with my room was that my tub/shower didn't work properly. So, I couldn't use it. Their bathrooms need desperate updating. It is perfectly located near the Arizona State Border. I was visiting a dear friend in Quartzite, Arizona, and it was 30-35 minutes away, not bad. Their free breakfast was just ok, but certain items were not bad, like their fresh fruit and cereals offered were good. They also offer a small snack shop for items like bottled water, chips, certain microwave meals, sodas, cookies, and personal items. It was well stocked. When I checked out, I told the friendly front desk about my shower issues, and they were very apologetic and gave me a small discount on my room rate, which I thought was very appreciated. The freeway noise next to the hotel wasn't too bad. My suggestion..... bring earplugs. Overall, my room and the property were super clean and welcoming! It does need some updating in certain areas. Yes, I would return! Highly recommended! I believe, in the Blythe area, this is the ideal choice for anyone passing through the area!

I reported the lack of hot water the first morning and was told they would have the maintenance person inspect and diagnose the issue the following day. That evening still no measurable hot water. (Warm at first then cold quickly). I called and complained the second time. I was told that it's a "known" problem and the hotel has a "problem " with sufficient hot water when the hotel is full.??!! The next morning a customer told me he was told the hotel has had this known problem for at least the past 6 weeks. I told the female desk clerk that this was unacceptable and I would be filing a complaint with their Corporate office and she hung up on me. Great customer service. (And we paid the full price for 6 nights). We were forced to take cold showers nearly every day. Frankly I believe they are lying and simply have an inadequate water heating system. They use "boilers" and not on demand heaters. They should use on demand heaters ~ period. They instead chose to save money at their customers expense. I am shocked and appalled at how poorly this hotel is managed and maintained. I will never stay here again nor any Hilton affiliated chain hotel and neither should you.

It was locked from the inside so we picked it open (instead of calling for maintenance which could've taken a really long time) and this was one of their last available rooms. Got the bathroom door open, toilet seat not latched on properly, sink drain missing, lights click on and off all night (along with a sensor on the ceiling that clicked every time it senses movement (including in your sleep). Room door doesn't close automatically so pull to close. Dated, dinged metal door frames. Can hear the neighbors doors and everything else in the hallway (3rd floor) Only soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion-no Q-tips, cotton balls, other. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. It's an ok stop if you need it but I'd try another local hotel over this one.

It's always refreshing to find a welcoming and clean hotel, especially when you are on the road. The check-inn was a breeze and the staff was attentive and friendly and contribute to a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and the bed was to my liking, however there were some loose floor tiles which were somewhat annoying. My only other complain was some strange noises coming from the hallway throughout the entire night but I still got a good night sleep. I'II be back!

I rarely ever write reviews, but this one is well deserved. To start, the front desk staff lately has been very unfriendly and unpleasant. Customer service used to be one of the reasons we kept coming back, but now it feels like guests are an inconvenience. Another ongoing issue is the pool and jacuzzi. Every time we stay, there always seems to be something wrong with one or both of them, and the problems never seem to get fixed properly. Breakfast used to be one of the highlights of our stay, and while the food itself was still good, the service was terrible during a busy weekend. You would think the staff would keep the food containers stocked, but that was not the case at all. My son actually had to give me some of his food because the breakfast containers sat empty for over 30 minutes before being refilled. As a long-time loyal customer, it is disappointing to see how much this place has declined. Sadly, I highly doubt we will be staying here again. Something needs to be done, and I plan on reaching out to corporate to report the issues that have been happening lately at this property.
