John Broy was our salesman that consulted with us . He showed us many options and how his company used superior products to those used by the nationwide bathroom remodelers. Those large companies charge about $10K more than Home Time. He explained Home Time's longer-than-lifetime warranty that went with their service. We were able to negotiate the final price over the course of a week, then finally settled on a very fair price that included the demolition, installation of the new shower above the old sunken tub, the mold abatement and stud replacements, along with repairing the walls and replacement of the large window that was not up to current code. Oliver Pense and his brother Paul showed up about 2 weeks after placing our order, and completed the demolition, haul away, and mold abatement within a couple days. Then Chris the master installer came and hand crafted our custom shower installation. He was extremely thorough and a perfectionist desiring to make sure we were happy with the results all along the way. He let us choose the strategic placement of the seat, safety bars, and shelves. I am handicapped and they all were very considerate of my special needs throughout the process. It took a little over a week to get the demo & install done, then a couple days later Dan & Kage from the window division of Home Time, called Affordable Windows, came and removed and replaced the large window with privatized safety tempered glass, and the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend John, Chris, Oliver, & Paul of Home Time Bathrooms and Dan & Kage from Affordable Windows for their great care, highest quality materials, attention to detail, and assurance of our complete satisfaction. These guys are the best!

Incredible product!!! Incredible service!!!…read more I selected Home Time Bathroom due to the quality of product. You have no idea how installation work will go until it actually happens, and I gotta say, Chris did a superior, meticulous job!!! Not only is their product superior, but they have their own crew that demos and another that installs - they are NOT contracted out - they are employees of the company and I think that speaks volumes for this company. Everyone is accountable. Chris was sooooo helpful in guiding my decisions about a few items, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with every stage of the rebuild. Plus he was thorough in his explanations. I can't sing enough praises about this company, their products, and most of all, their employees.

I gave Plumbing Express a call and they dug up the lawn to expose a leaking corroded galvanized pipe. Called several plumbing companies for quotes since it was going to be an expensive job to repair. Some companies were not equipped for the job since the piping went under the concrete front patio (need a concrete saw and jackhammer). Others gave me a lowball offer without asking many questions. Others wanted way too much. They finished the job in a day after getting the area blue-staked. They tried not to damage any plants. Replaced the concrete they removed. They took any trash generated with them including excess dirt. Very happy with the job. They were very knowledgeable about the latest techniques in plumbing.

We just had a pool put in our yard, and while it is beautiful, our RV Pad and patio have seen better days. The house was built in the 50' so you can imagine what shape the patio concrete was in. Lots of cracks and chips. I have know idea when the RV pad was placed, but it looked worse than the patio. Anyhow, they were always pleasant, as was their crew. The father and son team were on site each day and explained what the steps were. They fixed the cracks one built up a couple of sagging areas, and matched the pool deck so it is now an extension of the pool area. The did the same with the patio and front walk way, but with a smooth texture to make a distinction between the patio area and pool area. Included is a before picture of the RV Pad and an after. Also included is the patio. Super good people, super job, super fair pricing.

I try to look for family owned businesses when we have housing projects, and this company fits the bill. Jason came and measured the floors, the install crew was efficient, and well organized. We purchased our floor independent of Floor One at Floor & Decor (F&D) on Highland Ave. in Phoenix…read more I will review that excellent experience in a separate review. Our project involved the replacement of the wall to wall carpet in two bedrooms in our condo. We installed luxury vinyl laminate planks (Nucore Techtanium) over a very high quality sound deafening underlayment (Sentinel Protect Plus) on top of our concrete subfloor. The Floor One salesperson, Nick Nocero, came to our home to measure and provide his professional opinion of the two luxury vinyl laminate flooring products we were deciding between. We found Nick to be patient, informative and very attentive to our needs by the installation team. Floor One offers a pickup & delivery service which we chose for the additional cost. Enrique, the gentleman who does the pickup and delivery, an employee of Floor One is wonderful. Our installation was to begin on Monday. Unfortunately, the Valley was having a major monsoon. F&D shrink wrapped the pallet of our flooring in plastic and Enrique delivered it in a closed box truck. However, given the inclimate weather, Enrique coordinated with our installer Cesar, to deliver once the rain stopped, late morning. Enrique and his son are polite and professional and extremely accommodating. We were expecting an installer and his team (at least one helper) but Cesar did the entire project himself. There are not enough positive words to describe Cesar. Cesar has been working with Floor One and its owner for over 11 years. He is focused, friendly, professional, accommodating, and honest. It was important for our primary bedroom to be completed in one day so we could sleep in it each night. Cesar moved all the primary bedroom furniture, removed the carpet and padding, the carpet tack strips and our baseboard molding. Cesar's honesty and integrity were highlighted when he informed us that no concrete leveling of our floor or grinding was needed, despite "Floor Prep" at an additional $500 included in our original quote. Cesar laid the underlayment, flooring and replaced our baseboards in one day. He returned our large furniture so we could sleep in the room each of the nights during the project. The great news continued when Cesar confirmed that the second bedroom subfloor had also been previously leveled. We were happily surprised but knew that when we did the carpeting 8 years ago that the installation company was also thorough and spent the time to do proper preparation. We're waiting to receive the updated final "change order" (invoice) with the $500 credit. We also anticipate additional $credit as Cesar also honestly shared he laid less square footage than the original estimate. We got to keep a box of flooring, a good amount of underlayment and still return 4 full boxes of flooring for a full refund from F&D. Thanks to the fabulous coordination by the office staff including Carly, Isabella, Ben/Ops Mgr., any hiccups of the project were overcome including the challenges of the weather, having Cesar dedicated to our project from its beginning to completion, Enrique's flexibility with the initial delivery and then unexpected pickup of the extra materials. Our floor is complete. We enthusiastically recommend Cesar and Floor One. Another rarity of Floor One is the high level of satisfaction the Owner, Victor Romero wants for his customers. We had the pleasure of chatting with him upon the completion of the project to discuss our insight about the project. Considering new flooring? We highly recommend hiring Floor One and requesting Cesar to do the installation. --------

They removed a load-bearing wall, installed a structural beam, enclosed a doorway, and replaced the flooring throughout our entire home. Abel Alvarez and his crew were phenomenal. They took great care during demolition and cleanup, and their attention to detail with the beam installation and drywall repair was outstanding. Since our previous contractor had already purchased the flooring, Caesar and Jesus handled the installation. They did an excellent job, and the finished floors look fantastic. We also asked our Project Manager, Jason Rodriguez, if we could receive the baseboards before installation so we could paint them, and he happily accommodated our request. The project was estimated to take four weeks, and the team actually finished one day ahead of schedule. What impressed me most was their communication. Throughout the project, we always knew what work was scheduled, when the crew would be onsite, and if there were any changes. That level of professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the final result. Thank you to the entire Floor One team for turning a difficult situation into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and excellent customer service!
