Ronnie is honest, kind and knowledgeable - he told us we likely had an issue with water leaking through the shower door track. He recommended a handyman when we asked who could help replace our shower door. Once we addressed the source of the leak, Ronnie came back. Had a small hole cut in the wall to confirm the surrounding wood & drywall didn't have mold or extensive damage, which was a huge relief. He showed us pictures as well. We had a potential leak and wanted to see if the wall was so bad that it needed to be replaced. Concurrently I had some roofing contractors who pointed out that likely the roof was not coming from the wall or first floor roof but the gutter from second floor roof, and there is no leak. Per Ron's suggestion we got a moisture sensor from Home Depot that showed us there is no need to open up the wall and only baseboard.
