I thought it could be something quickly fixed, but it turned out that the entire unit needed replacing. They were able to get out the very next day in the morning. The plumber, Austin was very nice and thorough. He was great at explaining his recommendations and the differences in the brands. He also was knowledgeable about the various warranties for the tankless water heaters as well as his service. I found him to be friendly and timely. He also provided great communication in regards to when he could obtain the recommended tankless water heater and when he would be out to install it the next day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and my interaction with Austin. He was very helpful in helping me move some items. He also left the work area cleaned and disposed of the old water heater. The old water heater installation was very unorganized so he did put the pipes and everything back on the wall and left them better than they were before. It took him about two hours to install the new tankless water heater. If I have another issue, I will certainly reach out to Emerald Bay Plumbing as I feel like Austin provided good advice and seemed to Reflect a trustworthy spirit of this business.

My husband decided to start the job by removing concrete. Not only did we find a botched piping job by the original contractor, but he made the mistake of hitting the pipe and a drain while digging (this is a lesson learned). We had no water and no idea how to correct this problem without possibly making it worse. We called Shoreline Monday morning, and a few hours later, plumbers arrived to save us. They had to dig up more concrete, repair the pipe, a drain, and then make it functional for the tub. I was expecting to get hit with a painful bill, but I was relieved and grateful for what they charged us for having come out immediately and fixing our mess. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you're providing a service, it is your obligation to guarantee your work. Elliott plumbing failed to guarantee their work and that's why I would be cautious.
