Wow, talk about great customer service! I called H&M after getting a flat tire and the place I…read morebought my cart from telling me they wouldn't be able to tow it or service it for a couple of weeks. Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.

I walked in found exactly what I needed, (2) boxes of DEF for my motorhome threw them on the counter, grabbed the scanner, inserted my credit card, printed my receipt and walked out I ask you how amazing is that? Noooo I didn't need to provide my phone number or email address and I also won't be getting a bunch of junk in my inbox or unsolicited text on my phone this alone is well worth not receiving any reward points or promotional emails. I only hope this a trend that will spread across this brand which would definitely be a reason to shop at AutoZone verses the other two major brands and maybe just maybe this could reduce their overhead and lower their prices...

Look at the car with a flashlight. Ok I sign the papers and I'm told it will be delivered tomorrow. O boy I get up early. No car I text and I'm told 3pm . At least I have a time. Well 3 pm comes and goes. Every time I hear a car I jump up , just a car going by. Now it's dark and I get a text I'm going to leave the keys in the car and you can come tomorrow (Sunday) and pick it up. A multi million dollar company and no courtesy car to come and get me. We took our car there with two concerns and told them exactly what needed to be done. They tried to charge $340 to tell us what we already knew. And then wanted to charge double the price of everywhere else to do the work. I took my car to Pep Boys and they did the work for half of what the price we were quoted there. The only saving grace was that he docked off 170. And that's just because we already knew what was wrong with the vehicle and shouldn't have had to pay anything because they did nothing. Diagnosis charges should only be charged for the actual time it took to figure out the problem. Not only that you shouldn't be charging this if we know exactly what needs to be changed and just need a quote for the labor and parts.
