This does not give her authority over anyone's health, nor should she be charging thousands of dollars with the promise she can help you. She has no idea what hormone imbalances you're experiencing. Additionally everyone is different, so you may be dealing with several hormone imbalances that have contributed to being unwell. Dana attempting to use herbs with no past blood work, or extensive research into your health history should be your first clue, her promises are empty & bordering on fraud. You want to get better you must have your hormones checked and find a reputable ND, MD, or TCM who specialises in hormones. Hands down the worst experience we've ever encountered, no morals, no integrity, whatsoever. It's disconcerting when you see someone using ill health to make a massive profit from. So the question is, is Dana Lavoie really concerned about helping people achieve excellent health, or is she more concerned about the almighty dollar. She harassed me whilst attempting to use a narcissistic trait aka guilt tripping. She wanted over 6k for her services (which would be ongoing) ie using herbs. I ended the conversation with her within 25 minutes of listening to her nonsensical talk. Someone who is there to help listens to the individual, taking notes, proceeding with a plan of action.Dana never listened, just dominated the conversation. Dana furiously tried to use guilt as a form of swindling me out of money. I had no interest, politely letting her know I'd look elsewhere. She's relentless, refusing no as the final answer and continued emailing, texting & leaving voice mail. There are many people who deal with hormones, (Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors, Ayurvedic doctors, Endocrinologists, Integrative Medicine DO) you have options. Find someone who isn't charging you thousands of dollars and someone who works with your insurance plan. No one should suffer financially because of their health. RED FLAG anytime you see someone who behaves in the manner to which Dana has displayed with numerous people.

I have nerve damage in three of my toes from my foot being run over by a car so the nerves began acting up again making it hard to walk properly. I called on Friday for an appt. as soon as possible. Tiffany, the recpt., was so nice, she gave me an appt the next morning w/ Marco. I showed up just before 9 a.m. and filled out paperwork and Marco sat w/ me to review my medical history and asked about my foot injury. He was very professional w/ me and instructed me on how the process of the open room w/ multiple chairs works. He said I should walk into the room and select a chair and recline in it and he would be right in. He then asked if I needed to watch the time and if not I could stay as long as I wanted. Marco came in and began putting needles in and then asked me if I wanted a blanket and I responded yes. He brought one over and draped it over me and told me to signal to him when I felt ready to end the session. I must have been in the chair over an hour I was so relaxed. Marco was wonderful and when I got up to leave my left foot felt REMARKABLY better. No stabbing pain when I walked. Day two and my foot feels much better. I'll be going back for more treatments...I really appreciate the sliding scale fee so I can afford to be treated twice a week for the next 3 weeks until I feel 100 percent better again.

I really enjoy the deep tissue massages I get from her. She is great with feedback on wanting more or less pressure. Cindy listened to all of my concerns based on my military truck driving job and how my back and hips have been affected from it. She explained everything she was going to adjust and asked if I consented to having a neck adjustment before adjusting me. I have had alot more comfort and pain free days since meeting her. Im also pregnant and they have easily accommodated me. Everyone here has been amazing at making me comfortable and feeling safe with both chiropractic adjustments and massages. "Pre-adjustment massage" from my previous post means the massage you received before the adjustment. The massages absolutely do make a difference and were the best part of my experiences there. Ty and Heidi were great! The worst is long lasting extreme pain in my hip after Dr. Cindy decided that my hips were misaligned. It feels like my hip pops in and out of place now and it was never a problem before agreeing to her adjustments. I went there for back and neck pain and left with a new hip pain. My new doctor in MN immediately ordered an MRI and it turns out my neck is in a much more precarious place than we previously thought because Dr. Cindy only did a CT.
