Unfortunately, they did not have many Pfaltzgraff items to choose from, and the ones there were extremely overpriced. I don't mean like $2-$5 over, I'm talking 2-3 times what the item is truly valued at, and these weren't rare pieces at all. Not only that, but the entire inside of the place was on the dim side and dirty or dusty. The worst was gathering about $200+ of sub-par merchandise and getting up to the register where a "new" employee was, to have her tell us that their credit card system was down and we'd need to pay cash, even though they have a sign on their front door indicating they take credit and debit cards. It just seemed VERY sketchy and like she pulled a switch bait on us because she didn't mention that issue when we first walked in, and didn't warn any other customers either. She claimed she didn't know how to fix it since she was new, and couldn't get a hold of her boss to fix it, so she took my name and number down to let me know when it would be working again because she wasn't sure how long it would be down for. Funny thing is- she called and texted me within 5 minutes of me leaving the store to tell me she got in touch with her boss who fixed the issue and that I could go pick everything up any time. It felt super sketchy, I didn't like the dishonesty, and I wasn't able to go back anyhow to pick up my items before leaving town again. I don't recommend people spend their hard earned money here, especially if you're looking for "rare" Pfaltzgraff items because you just won't find them here, and they certainly won't be in good condition nor worth their asking price if you do find them here.
