Just finished a major (well over 50 square feet) project involving to bathroom counters, counters…read morein an office and the kitchen. Everything was cut and fit to perfection. The kitchen cabinets were out of level so they had to re-cut the backsplash to marry seamlessly with existing tile wall and it came out perfectly. Edge moldings were perfectly done and the underside of the overhanging countertops were polished. Under-mount granite sink was installed beautifully and all faucets, disposal and such function as designed. The office included a drop down desk area and all of the work mated perfectly with the countertop work. Both bathrooms involved vessel sinks and faucets: beautiful. I did not actively shop price but they were far less expensive than Lowe's or Home depot. They have active sales and will hold the sale price while you get cabinets etc. from other sources if you desire. I purchased in December (25% off) and could not take delivery until April. Over 50 square feet earns a free heavy gauge SS sink. The delay did not work for me because I would go into the office and upgrade the granite, improve the molding, change the sink, etc. My bad. The crew were professional. Wore masks, cleaned shoes, totally cleaned up afterwards, no horseplay-focused.. The office staff put up with my whining and snarky comments and answered all my questions thoroughly. My second installation from Heartland. I spent countless hours completing a website, social media, ads, analytics, and pushing his services on multiple platforms. This was close to 6 months of work trying to help him gain traction and promote his business. It was working, I have messages from check ins where he was pleased with everything. Then the messages stopped. He Is KNOWN now for not communicating after he initially receives payment for work he is supposed to do. I have seen so many complaints about him promising jobs and never following through. He lies about the issues he is facing so customers will understand how hard he has it with his crew. He doesn't know how to manage any aspect of his business and instead of accepting help or hiring someone to help him schedule, he just stops communicating. He WILL LEAVE you unfinished if you pay in advance. For the paid work I had him do, there were promises that there would be yearly check ups, and warranty - it will never happen, not even when I reached out with a problem. He swore he would come by that day and never showed. Jonah is unreliable, unprofessional, and comes across as a complete scam artist because of his lack of follow through and the way he stops communicating when he knows he has messed up. Wow!!! Ron sets the bar for best experience ever with a contractor. We purchased a vacation home…read morein Sunriver and walked through it together with Ron, decribing our vision and leaning on his expertise. We love that he approaches his business as a partnership with the client, offering design, material and labor options. Ron always shares the pros/cons for an informed decision and is extremely communicative so we always knew how things were tracking. The vision was delivered, including some added scope, on the agreed timeline and price structure. So unreal! Here are some specifics on our project. We decided to replace all of the flooring, build a new kitchen island, create a focal fireplace facade and paint the entire interior. Ron knew we intended for this to be a short-term rental as well so every step along the way he made recommendations of materials that would accomplish the look we wanted to achieve and also provide the durability necessary for renters. We personally wanted to dedicate several weekends towards doing some of the improvements ourselves and Ron was amazing about embracing that and working through the schedule together. During those weekends I often found new projects that slightly expanded the scope, which Ron always accommodated. Since everything is a handshake with him, there was never a mess of change order agreements; he just adjusted his work plans and reflected the new work in the billing.
