Dave and Stacy came to my RV site and, in just a couple of hours, had it working the way it should. This is after I spent a Month at a dealership and had about 75% of the parts in the unit replaced. I do not normally give praise to companies for doing what they say they do, as it is expected, but Longship was outstanding. Dave and Stacy were at my site exactly at the time we agreed on, and even setting up an appointment was great. Dave's workmanship is OUTSTANDING! This is not something I say very often as I'm a retired engineer, but he totally impressed me. His knowledge of the system was also well above what one would expect from a mobile repair guy.
