I don't own a serger yet, but it's reassuring to know my sewing machine will be in good hands if it ever needs servicing. I'm looking forward to taking one of their sewing classes to build my beginner sewing skills. It's great to have a local shop that not only sells quality supplies but also supports sewists through education and repair services. All the small offices were empty but with door open. It had computers open and I observed personal belongings on the desk so it was obvious it wasn't closed. I went back to the front lobby and waited and waited. It was approximately ten minutes. Finally, someone came out from the big machine room (glass walls). He sees me and goes inside an office. I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail.
