Our experience with Embolden was always a very positive one for the dozen years we were affiliated with them. However, once they were bought out by another company, their ethics went out the window. We were told we needed to find another company to service our website since they were only providing support to philanthropic companies, even though we were promised otherwise when they redesigned our new website. Then they threatened us with a very small window of time to find a replacement. Their support in assisting us with our search was limited, at best. Once we were gone, there was no looking back for them. They never once contacted us to find out if our new website company was working out, if we needed anything additional or to thank us for the many years of loyalty. They should be ashamed of themselves and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

They are a top notch organization that combines creativity with a structured approach to the process. Those of us on the team learned a lot in the process of working with Figmints. Every week or so we had a status meeting that kept us abreast of the progress. We had plenty of guidance, while at the same time were able to provide very specific feedback. The results are stunning. A year after it was built, the site was hacked into by someone in the Ukraine and Figmints answer was "we are sorry, we don't protect your site". They also didn't have a backup so we had to pay someone else to re-do our site completely from scratch. We recently asked them to provide us with the native files for business cards we paid them to create OR the company they used to outsource these business cards. They have just not responded. The product they delivered was quite decent, but if you can't use it long term, what is the point? I would look else where when choosing a company.

I have been unable to contact anyone at their 3 phone #s I have for them, email, website, social media, text message. It feels an awful lot like they took my money to do a quick job and then even though said to reach out if there were issues, was never to be seen again. I'm not even sure if they are still in business since there is no sign of life from them. This was extremely expensive which I was willing to pay for it to fix the issue he said it would fix, but I am still having the same problem.
