Paid $1500 and it has been 6 weeks and nothing has been done at all. It is such a shame but what other people are complaining about is completely true. They are great at following up with you unitil you pay the money but then ..... NOTHING.... getting a hold of them is virtually impossible. As such, I contacted my CC company to dispute the charges and now will be filing a complaint as well to the BBB. Maybe a class action lawsuit is next task.... good think I know plenty of lawyers that may take this case on for fun.

He only sent me some canvas made social media posts 4 weeks later after my constant follow ups. He promised me with a whole nice picture of how we want to do things, but after I paid, things became different. communication is extremely difficult, he won't respond messages, doesn't answer phone calls. he said he sent me the information, but I never received them. I provide him a new email address asking him to send reports and blogs and other contents over, but i never received anything and there is no explanation from Eric either. Eric charged me the second time after he knew I disputed my payment, then dropped the threat message at the same time saying his attorney will contact me and I will be the person paying for all the cost. So totally he charged me 3000$ USD, second 1500$ USD was charged without my consent or acknowledge. I'm working with my lawyer for further legal actions. Which serious long lasting business respond disappointed customer this way ? Victims should be united to deal with this crap. DONOT use this business
