The job was done far more quickly than I anticipated and his work is beautiful. This vendor knows what he is doing, is professional, and his work is top quality. I highly recommend him and now know who to call if I need etching done again. I'm thinking that his work would be perfect for an address etched on a large boulder in the front of our house.

I spent approximately $1,000 on polos three months ago and still have not received my order or any meaningful update. I have called dozens of times, sent emails, and repeatedly asked Jeff to simply communicate with me. I even emailed twice asking for one of two things: please complete my order and give me my polos, or refund my money. Still nothing. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication. After numerous unanswered calls, I finally called from my wife's phone and Jeff answered. Yet my calls and messages continued to go unanswered afterward. As a small business owner myself, I understand that delays and mistakes happen. What I cannot understand is taking a customer's money and then failing to communicate with them for months. If you run a business and need a vendor you can rely on, I would strongly encourage you to consider another provider or another Fully Promoted location. Based on my experience with Jeff and this location, I cannot recommend Fully Promoted Carlsbad.

Their excellent reviews, quality work samples, design assistance capabilities, and small minimum orders for samples made them appear to be an ideal fit. After reviewing their website and options, I reached out over a month ago but received no response. Assuming my message didn't go through, I contacted them again via Yelp on August 15th and received an initial response. However, after I replied, I had to follow up a week later due to no response. They responded again, and I provided the additional requested information on August 25th. I followed up on September 3rd, and it has now been two weeks since my last message. While I understand the challenges independent businesses face in the current economic climate and have been extremely patient due to their 5-star reviews, this level of communication has been completely unprofessional. As a former small business owner, I always maintained transparency about whether projects were within my scope, ability, or bandwidth. If I couldn't take on a project, I communicated that clearly rather than leaving clients in limbo. After more than a month of unproductive back-and-forth, I question whether these 5-star reviews accurately reflect the current service experience.
