I participated in an evening heated yin class with David Gasper. David is a great tour guide into a journey of zen. It was the ideal session to unwind at the end of the day. They offer a wide range of yoga and fitness classes for all levels, and there are plenty of sessions available every single day, which makes it easy to find something that fits my schedule. I started with their 33 days pass, which was the perfect way to explore everything they offer and really dive into the styles I was looking for. Mike and Scott's Heated Flow classes are fantastic, energetic, well-paced, and always leave me feeling both challenged and refreshed. Sandra's classes are also a joy; she brings such a supportive and encouraging energy. SHE IS A GEM! And then there's David Gasper, absolutely next level. With a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a deep background in music, you can see and feel how deliberately he designs each class. The way he coordinates music with movement shows the thought and expertise he pours into his teaching. His Gentle Yoga sessions are restorative and grounding, while his Kettlebell classes bring a smart, science-based approach to strength and conditioning. He is one of the most caring instructors; he helps you with your posture and makes you feel a sense of belonging. I cannot recommend him highly enough. After years of just taking yoga class at 24 fitness, As for 24, most of the yoga class it's just the basic movements and stretching because it needs to cater to people at all ages. So as my membership ends, I finally decide join a Yoga studio and really have a authentic experience. I found this place online and decide to give it a try, the studio is so beautiful inside out, there's a huge room for people to lounge, I love atmosphere. The place is filled with very soothing aura and every. I love it you have too come and experience yourself. All the yoga instructors there are so awesome, they all have a unique style and the class is never the same. I love that each teacher has a different rhythm. I have been coming to this yoga studio now for two months and I can say - I am addicted. I have not done yoga in years since I had a bad experience with bikram yoga from a different studio. I started with beginning yoga and gentle yoga for a few weeks and transitioned to heated vinyasa which I have been attending religiously twice weekly. First, let me start off with Nicole, front office manager who is always very friendly and helpful. She always has a smile on her lips every time I walk in and always would help me on every question I have, be it the class or the membership. The studio is beautiful, showers and bathrooms are impeccably clean, front lobby already has a zen like atmosphere when you walk in. Their hot yoga is warm at 93 degrees. Don't believe the other reviews saying the studio is not warm. It is warm. I usually check the temp when I walk in and out and it's usually between 90-95 which is average for hot yoga. If you want warmer, then try bikram because the temperature would be at 110 degrees, which would make me dizzy at that point. I have only done the classes under Simon, Nicky and Carmen and they are excellent instructors for the practice that they teach. I do the hot Vinyasa under Simon, and I would be dripping with sweat after classes. On pricing, they actually have the best prices in the area. If you get a package, the class is not even 20 bucks per class. I also go to a different yoga studio, super brand new and beautiful facility but the prices are twice as expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and I am for sure will stay loyal to YogaBody. read more

Tried Rachel's kettlebell class for the first time and honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'd never used a kettlebell before, and I was kind of nervous I'd be the awkward beginner in the back. But Rachel made it such a great experience. She's warm, encouraging, and really knows how to explain things in a way that makes sense. She took the time to help me with my form and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. No judgment, no pressure just a really positive vibe. And the workout? It was tough in the best way. I love this yoga spot. I used to come here back in 2020-2022 but eventually had to cancel my membership since I've moved to Orange County. I tired many other places, but for me they weren't on par to embody wellness. So I decided to come back. The staff is super friendly, the facility is really clean, and they have amazing instructors. Worth your dime and time ! Writing a second review after being a continuous member for 5 years. Still love coming to this studio and enjoy the variety of classes. The instructors are awesome people and teachers. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. I love that they have emerged stronger after having gone through a downturn last few years. No studio or no business is perfect but as a long time member here, I am not held back by their imperfections. Yoga, after all as a practice , is one of awareness and acceptance. This update is long overdue! After my previous class with YogaBody and my review thereafter, I got another chance to try the studio, thanks to Scott. Boy, I'm so glad I took the offer. I've raved about how clean and spacious and beautiful this studio is, and they've stayed consistent with it. It's absolutely beautiful. Not to mention, the hot room is perfectly hot! The classes speak for themselves. I've gone to a restorative class, a hot power fusion session, and a non-hot yoga class and I liked the hot power fusion class the most. I wish I remember her name, but she taught the Friday 9:30am class. I say go to this studio. If you're in the Chino/IE area and you want quality teaching and ambiance - this is for you. This studio is the best in the area and one of my favorite places to practice. The studios are spacious and you can choose to take class in a heated or non heated room. And they call them "solar" and "lunar" studios I've noticed they always have water and tea available in the lobby. There are lockers and private showers too! Personally, it's too far of a drive for me HOWEVER they have an AWESOME online setup!! Through their online classes you really feel like you're there in the studio from anywhere in the country. They first set this up during covid, but they've really perfected the sound system, setup and video quality- I really hope this option continues long after the pandemic. The teachers are fantastic and there is a wide range of options of types of classes (as well as unique special events). I found YogaBody studios through a friend. I've missed my in person yoga and attempted to DVR and joined multiple Facebook groups to motivate me. I didn't feel I could do yoga without the guidance and direction of my instructor. Every yoga instructor in my past has always been unique and varied in different teaching styles. I found a new virtual home at YogaBody studios. I am recognizing fellow students and feel connected and comfortable with ALL my teachers. They say my name when I am doing a good job and they say my name when I need to correct my position and posture. Oh to be doing yoga again! I came here on a whim going to Sephora and I am so glad I stopped by. They have a special promotion of $33 for 33 days of yoga unlimited. Now if you attend at least 11 classes in those 33 days, the $33 will go towards your next month package which is really nice and gives you motivation to go to more than just one class. I tried several classes and I loved every single one of them so far. Gentle yoga was a bit slower for me but it is a nice start in the mornings but I prefer a warm yoga sesh to wake me up and start my day. Every instructor is unique and has their own method in instructing. I enjoyed every single one so far but Audrey is my fave as she is very vocal which I like and the music choice is my style. There was another female instructor I had for hot yoga that I liked BUT her voice is so small compared to the loud music. I can hardly hear her and I was in the middle row closer to her, I had to keep looking around to see what the others were doing and I see several people looking around as well. This place is cute and relaxing, everyone is so chill and non pressuring. Go with your own flow and just have fun. I feel so much stronger and more balance. Glad to be a Yogi here! I've been doing yoga on & off since 2013. I started off with Bikram for a few months and then later looked into other types of yoga. Needless to say I've ditched Bikram and embraced the other forms. I just moved to the area and currently looking for a yoga studio that will fit my needs: - variety of yoga classes - flexible times (especially during the evening/nights) Yogabody studios does just that. One thing that I've noticed so far about yoga studios in the Inland Empire (SoCal) area versus the Bay Area (NorCal) is that the studios here can have two classes going on simultaneously. I find that to be a huge advantage over what I'm used to in the Bay Area. I enjoy being able to pick and choose which classes to take at a specific time. After a long day of work, I look forward to having some me time in the studio. I always find myself falling asleep towards the end of the class (trust me that's a good thing). This studio is very clean and open. I love entire vibe of it- from the entrance all the down to the way the bathrooms are. There are two rooms - one smaller (without mirrors) and a much bigger room with mirrors included (the bigger room is where they host their heated flow classes). I wish the smaller room came with mirrors. I find mirrors to be very helpful with improving your stance and whatnot. The instructors are very personable - I always find myself laughing in a class (not to mention they are very helpful with postures and giving tips + tricks). My only gripe about this studio is the lack of heated classes. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy their classes but it would be nice if they factored in a bit of heat in the classes. So far I am not able to find a studio that strictly offers a variety of heated yoga (besides Bikram).. There's tons of studios like that in the Bay Area.. I'm surprised there aren't any like that here. Overall I'd recommend this studio to anyone interested in Yoga regardless of skill level. They are the better of the previous two studios I've tried in the area (the two studios shall remain anonymous). read more

They have a helpful staff that is eager to help with any questions or concerns. Very inviting energy, calm waiting area to hang out before and after class. The class selection is nice with many different yoga practices to choose from. The classes do fill up but everyone is so nice and make room so no one gets turned away. It obvious a lot of thought and love went into developing the personality of Yoga Body. I really, really, enjoy their Restore class. This class format is one that should be prescribed to all. If you are stressed and find yourself out of step with how life should be, go to this class. Allow this class to give you permission to dial back. I started yoga about two years ago right before the pandemic started. YogaBody was great about quickly transitioning to virtual classes and outdoor classes and, though virtual, I still learned a lot (remember, I was a novice). The classes were great. Unfortunately, but understandably with things returning to normal, they are slowly moving away from virtual, which is my preference. The instructors are awesome. The studio, when I was going, was always clean and welcoming. At some point, I will transition back to in-person practice and would resume with YogaBody. Their response time can be long with regards to voicemails and emails, but once you connect, they work with you on any feedback that you have. Ultimately, I would recommend this studio. read more

I'm doing the $33 for 33 days of unlimited yoga.. and it's been awesome so far! Ive never taken any yoga class, but there's so many different classes here for all types of levels! I'm not flexible at all, but the instructors are good about making you feel comfortable with what you can do! Also, the place is super cute! Outside there's plants and tables.. and when you walk inside.. there's some merch they sell to the right. You check in on their iPads. Super easy. But there's also someone at the desk to help you if you need. To the left there's couches.. and down the middle hallway are the studios. The teachers have all been pretty nice so far.. I'm learning that they too have their own style of teaching. Some using more equipment than others! Definitely would recommend trying the 33 day period to see if you like it.. and if you do they have monthly or a set number of sessions option! Hope this helps!! read more

Like many others, started coming here on a New Year's resolution availing of the $33 for 33 days deal. I've done some yoga classes before in other fitness gyms, but I'm a little stiff and haven't practiced in years. Not super into fitness so not sure if I can stick with this. With the introductory price, it's a conservative (low-investment) way to challenge myself and see if this is the workout or the lifestyle change that will work for me. I went as frequently as I could and attended different levels of classes and signed up for unlimited classes on the 2nd week. I liked how conducive their classrooms are and how welcoming the ambiance is. I also really liked how accommodating and encouraging the teachers are. They teach you of letting go and that it's okay to go at your pace. So it's not intimidating at all. Personally, the classes here has helped me focus on my own self. So far, I've gained mindfulness of things around me and discovered the benefits of letting go. I also learned the importance of breathing. I am so glad I took classes with her because she focused on breathing strategies and stretches that supported my body and mind. Love! I signed up for the two week unlimited classes and I'm hooked. The studio is really nice with a tranquil calming air and pleasant smell of incense. There are a wide variety of classes and teachers but so far my favorites have been Michelle Scarbrough (10am Ashtanga) and Audrey Espinosa's (8pm Gentle Yoga) classes. I personally like it when the instructors are hands on and adjust their students into the proper poses. Both Michelle and Audrey are great at providing this extra attention and detail to each of their students. I barely started doing yoga again after not having done it for so long but already in just a week I can feel a huge difference in my body. I also like the convenience of their app which makes signing up or looking up classes a breeze. But most of all the people are friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend! read more
