They took the time to answer ALL of my questions in full detail. When my wife and I arrived to pick up our machine we were shown exactly how to use it, and even got a sample of cotton candy. She was also our day-of coordinator and I didn't even know until AFTER the wedding that our photographer locked all her gear in her car and we almost missed out on documenting our entire big day, and, when the bartending team made a stink about providing guests with certain preferred drinks, she had it sorted in mere minutes. The options he has for decor, food, alcohol, in house lighting and speakers, table numbers, and so much more are endless. You won't even need to book additional decor (did I mention he has a floral arch and a piano?). Jey is a busy man, but he remains attentive to your needs and wants for your event.
