EMB crew did a fantastic job constructing a new bathroom for me. The team demonstrated effective professionalism which was evident by their excellent work of transforming my broken-up bathroom into a charming place. They were prompt and worked diligently each day to complete this project. Anyway, a picture is worth a thousand words, see the pictures. I would recommend them for your renovations. We purchased our home in 2020, and like many homes in South Brooklyn, there were quite a few aspects that needed to be updated. After several disappointing false starts with contractors who were unclear, difficult to communicate with, or unwilling to guide us through the decision-making process, we found Elli at EMB Home Improvements. From the very beginning, Elli was helpful, clear, communicative, and clearly an expert in his field. On Day 1, we went to Home Depot together, and he walked me through which doors I should purchase, which ones would work best, and which ones wouldn't. He was incredibly attentive throughout the process--even when I had a coughing fit from all the dust, he went to his car to get me some water. That small gesture really captured the level of care he brought to the entire project. Elli and his team went above and beyond to complete a number of projects throughout our home, including doors, floor molding, our bathroom, light fixtures, radiators, the front door, and door molding. They were hardworking, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the details right. We still have a few projects planned for the future, including our basement, and we're excited to have Elli and his team back. We feel confident in their work and would absolutely recommend EMB Home Improvements to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust. read more

Eli is the one and only contractor I will ever work with. He's that good! We first worked together in 2016 when he gave the outdated kitchen in our Park Slope apartment a much-needed refresh; again in 2019 when we decided to reconfigure the two bedrooms and closets in the same apartment; and most recently, last year when we moved to a new apartment and needed to do a gut renovation. Each and every time, Eli was incredibly responsive, attentive to details, and somehow always able to finish each job within our timelines. I also have to give kudos to his team for being so shockingly fast, tidy, and always mindful of our neighbors. There is truly no project that EMB Home Improvements can't tackle -- case in point, they also built the backyard deck and sauna in our current apartment. One of Eli's favorite sayings is, "Problem? No problem" ... and when he's leading a renovation, there is absolutely not a single problem you can throw his way that he won't be able to figure out (with a smile). read more

I cannot recommend EMB Home Improvement Inc. highly enough. Eli and his entire team are true craftsmen skilled, meticulous, and incredibly respectful of your space. Their work is nothing short of art. They arrive on time, work efficiently, and are so clean and organized that it hardly feels like you're having work done in your home. I've worked with Eli and his crew twice over the past six years, and both experiences have been outstanding. Most recently, I undertook a full home renovation and had no idea where to begin. Eli guided me every step of the way, breaking down the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. He was always one step ahead anticipating needs I wasn't even aware of. The results both times have been nothing short of amazing. Not only was everything spotless when the job was done, but the final product exceeded my expectations. Eli also has a great eye for design and offered creative solutions that brought my ideas to life in ways I hadn't imagined. He refined and elevated every concept I had, making sure everything worked both aesthetically and functionally. EMB Home Improvement is the only company I trust for home projects. Their professionalism, talent, and dedication to excellence are unmatched. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Eli Habibah read more

On time, on budget professional, reliable, trustworthy, great attention to detail. We could not ask for a better experience! Eli and his friendly hardworking team- Yacov, Miguel, and Ricardo masterfully renovated two bathrooms in our 115 year old house- on time (4 weeks) and on budget. We still can't believe how beautiful they are! And have no doubt that the quality of work done will last for years. Eli was a pleasure to work with, creative resourceful, proud, a true professional. He is a perfectionist and has a great sense of design, and is not happy until everything is perfect and exactly the way you want it Hard to believe everything you read- but we cannot say one negative thing about our experience with EMB. read more

This is the company that gives remodeling a good name. It's been 2 years since they remodelled our kitchen, and we are happier now even than when it was just done. We felt they were not only smart, and detailed, but very fair. I'm trying to hire them again, this time for a very small bathroom for my son's family. If you can get these people to work on your home, do so. But not until I hire them to remodel the bathroom for my son's apartment. read more

Working with Eli and his team was SO easy and stress free. The quality of the work is fantastic and I am so pleased with how everything turned out! Eli was right on point with the timeline he initially provided, completing the entire bathroom renovation in 2.5 weeks. Every day they left the apartment clean and tidy and were very accommodating about the fact that my husband and I were living there through this work. The entire team was extremely professional throughout the duration of the project and I felt 100% confident leaving my apartment in their hands every day. read more

Eli and his team recently renovated the one bathroom and kitchen in a house we just purchased. The kitchen and bathroom now look gorgeous (see before and after pics) and he was able to accommodate us on short notice (we wanted to complete things before we moved in) and they finish the whole job in about three weeks and right on budget!! Eli was very helpful and responsive throughout, and he was very accommodating when we came up with extra requests and design changes. Especially for the kitchen, Eli facilitated the ordering of cabinets and countertops for a great price! (And they are beautiful and of great quality!) While home renovations are always stressful, Eli and the team made things go as smoothly as possible. We will definitely call Eli again for any future home renovations! read more

Eli and his crew were wonderful! Not only is he a great contractor but he is a really great guy as a person. My designer Shai recommended him for the job and I'm so happy he did. It was a tricky job as I live in a small studio apartment where every little detail therefore matters a lot. There really isnt any room for mistakes. Every step of the way they made sure I was happy with how things were progressing. We had a couple of troubleshooting things that came up that Eli and his team were able to effortlessly deal with. For example the fridge door needed a certain amount of clearance on one side to open. This could have been a major setback, but we created a smart looking cut away into the wall next to it to accommodate. Little fixes like that made this into a seamlessly great kitchen. I can't recommend them enough and would be happy to provide a reference for anyone who needs it. You won't be disappointed with Eli. Really great!! read more

Eli and his crew worked diligently and efficiently. They replaced 2 exterior doors that needed to be reframed from an arched doorway to a rectangular doorway and did a great job which entailed breaking breaks to make the new frame. They also cleaned up after themselves everyday. It took 3 days to finish but the job was done beautifully. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys for a great job!!! read more

EMB is the perfect contractor and that is not an overstatement. Eli always goes above and beyond to provide the exact service or remodel we ask for. He's worked relentlessly to turn the house we bought into a home for our twins and family. Every new improvement makes us fall in love with the house even more. His work is on time and in budget and should there ever be a touch up we need, he is ready and willing to do it. The work is always impeccable! He's trustworthy and we have trusted him and his team to complete work when we are away on vacation. Eli has remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, basement floor, molding around windows and doorways, new doors, provided electricity to our garage, and helped us get a new heater when our old one broke. Eli is part of the family at this point and we would recommend him to anyone who asks. We feel blessed to have found him and his team. read more

Eli and his team are true professionals. I am still in awe of my new kitchen and how much it improves the apartment and my quality of life. It is even better than I imagined it would be. Shai, his stellar designer came first and took his time looking around the kitchen, measuring, and learning about what I wanted. He then made 3 dimensional models, which went through several changes and he came by my apartment to discuss in person. He has a great understanding of what makes a kitchen functional and had many useful suggestions. Once the design was finalized, Eli and his team of many years completed the demolition in just a few hours. They were always careful to protect my floors and walls. They worked steadily and efficiently to make a kitchen that perfectly fit the design. When there were slow downs because of issues with my management company, Eli handled them kindly and professionally and stayed in touch, so that work could resume as soon as possible. Every final detail was taken into account; for example, all cabinet doors align and move perfectly, the tiles are perfectly aligned, the shelves were stained to match my cabinets. The overall effect is stunning. read more
