I had been working with them on these shirts for approximately TWO WEEKS. The designs and details had been solidified, and I paid for rush service because I needed the completed shirts before flying out of town. These were a special National Daughters Day gift and the deadline was clearly communicated. Throughout this process, I was led to believe that my order would be completed. They accepted my payment, including the rush fee, and continued communicating with me as though the shirts were going to be ready. Because I relied on those assurances, I stopped pursuing the many other printing options I had available. They waited until the DAY I needed the shirts--only hours before my flight and approximately an hour before I expected the order to be completed, to tell me they could no longer fulfill it. ***Be cautious!!! after it was clearly stated in several emails regarding my deadline, they refused to provide a refund for shirts after initially apologizing for having it ready in time, stated I would get a refund and even a discount on my next order as it was not delivered as stated. I have let my CC know this is an unauthorized charge!!! It doesn't appear they communicate amongst themselves and have shady practice's. Be aware!!***

I called on a Tuesday, they said yes, and by Friday we had bright yellow armbands that you could spot from the bottom of the canyon, which is exactly what we needed so riders knew who to look to for help. They printed on blanks I bought myself, the quality was excellent, and nothing faded or peeled over hours on the road. Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.
