He cares about making sure that his clients are happy and that the expectations are set properly from the start. He's an A+ communicator who makes sure that you are informed every step of the way, and when changes arise, he's right there to fill you in too. On top of that, he keeps his word. He shows up when he says he'll be there, he does the job he said he would and he has high standards for his work, and he genuinely shows care and regard for you as the client, your time and your property.
