When I reached there, I was told that they texted me about a possible reschedule but I got no such text message. She then told me that someone will cut my hair if I don't get my hair shampooed or styled. Since I had left work early to be there, I decided to stay, and unfortunately that was a very bad decision on my part. The person who cut my hair didn't even dampen my hair, let alone wash it. she started combing out my hair and pulled on them so hard, I thought my scalp was going to come out in patches. This was the worst, most painful experience I have ever had in a salon. I cannot believe this actually happened, I have spots on my head that are still stinging. I will not recommend

I've been going to Beholding Your Beauty for 6 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else!…read moreCandice is an amazing esthetician who truly takes pride in her work. She's detail-oriented, passionate, and incredibly skilled at what she does. I always leave feeling pampered, refreshed, and beautiful -- and the compliments I get on my lashes say it all! Candice is also very knowledgeable about lashes and skincare and offers a wide range of self-care services, including facials. I love the cozy touches she adds -- like the heating pad you can use while you're getting your lashes or brows done. Plus, if you're a busy person like me, she knows how to get you in and out efficiently without ever compromising quality. I absolutely love Candice and highly recommend her services at Beholding Your Beauty!

I went to Sugar Bee Waxing today for the first time and I was very pleased with the services I…read morereceived. I had many questions as I usually do regular wax and on both my phone call as well as in my appointment all my questions were thoroughly answered. I found the sugar wax to be superior to the regular waxes I usually get, less painful and apparently more likely to leave ingrowns. Natalia did an excellent job paying attention to every detail and made me have a comfortable experience with fantastic results. It was very relaxing in the room, great British baking is a fantastic choice to help lower the stress for those of us that get anxious. Fantastic experience, will be back!

She goes above and beyond in her service, ensuring that her work is thorough and using the best technique for a clean and excellent result. Other technicians I've tried in the past left me with such a horrible job that I was suffering with pain, itchiness, and bumps that took too long to recover from. They would rush the job too. Rosana never misses, takes her time, and her work has never caused me any issues. Not only is she an excellent technician, her prices are incredibly fair especially considering the level of work she puts in, and I'm compelled to tip her generously for it. She has a heart of gold and it shines through her work. I cannot recommend her enough!

I recently had a baby and I've been beyond stressed out. I've lost a ton of hair and the hair I did…read morehave left was so long and easily knotted that one day I decided to cut over 4 inches off myself. I was close to pulling a Britney but luckily talked myself out of that....... So I called and got an appointment within 3 days for a simple hair cut and style. The girl at the front desk was friendly and offered to get me a drink as I waited for my hairdresser// I got Sam. She made sure I understood what she had to do to even out my botched job lol ...She was super sweet and approachable. I'd recommend her and would definitely see her again. My mom and twin sisters come to this salon often and always rave about it. My husband has gotten hair cuts with Levi and never had a complaint either. During my appointment, I felt very uncomfortable in my stylist's presence. At the time of my…read moreappointment, she only carried on a topic with me if it was about her favorite explicit adult fiction series. I tried to tell her I am on a reading hiatus and to switch subjects to something more appropriate, but she would either ignore me or start a conversation with someone else instead while I was in her chair. She described graphic, explicit scenes from the books, and I felt incredibly disrespected. , The owner's response claims that I made their stylist uncomfortable. That is not accurate. My stylist was not professional in anyway and everything about her made me uncomfortable. Her attire was an inappropriate dark romance shirt about submitting herself to explicit acts. " I vow, you vow, we vow " from the House of Lords Dark Romance book series. In addition to this, the stylist's car, which is visible from the salon chair, is covered in inappropriate stickers related to these themes as well. Lastly, she moved my appointment 3 hours later than scheduled because she overbooked herself, which resulted in me being alone with her and another staff member after salon closing hours.... I was forced to listen to thirst trap metal with bands such as Sleep Token, which has very explicit lyrics. I am terribly upset that I have to rewrite my original review and defend myself because the salon resorted to personal attacks rather than taking accountability for their staff. False Statements about your customers is not a professional approach for a business in 2026. I came in for a professional pastel pink hair service, which I did not receive. Instead, I left with hot magenta hair and dye stains all over my scalp that the salon refused to fix. Deflecting from a lack of technical skill by professing untrue claims about a customer's conduct is unprofessional. I stand by my original review: the color was wrong, the application was messy, and the management's response is unacceptable. I felt forced to only talk about inappropriate topics with my stylist because that was the only way she would talk to me. I would encourage any reader to steer clear of this salon.
