I would strongly warn anyone considering Saul Masonary LLC to think twice before hiring them…read more It has only been approximately two years since the work was completed, and the pavers are already sinking and the stairs are falling apart. In my experience, this is unacceptable workmanship for something that should have lasted far longer than two years. What makes the situation even worse is that these problems are not just cosmetic. The sinking pavers and deteriorating stairs have created what I consider a serious safety hazard for me and my family. I hired a professional contractor expecting the job to be done correctly, safely, and built to last. Instead, I am now dealing with failing masonry, potential repair expenses, and the stress of trying to get the contractor to address the problems. I was also given a warranty, but in my experience Saul Masonary LLC has failed to stand behind it. I have attempted to get these issues addressed and have not received the response or resolution I expected. A warranty means very little if a contractor refuses to respond when the work begins failing. At this point, because the problems have not been resolved, I intend to pursue the matter in court and seek recovery for the damages and costs associated with repairing the work. Based on my personal experience, I would NEVER hire Saul Masonary LLC again. I would not recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors, or anyone looking for masonry work. I would seriously reconsider before allowing this company onto your property. If you hire a contractor, you should be able to expect quality workmanship, safe construction, communication when something goes wrong, and a warranty that is actually honored. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Saul Masonary LLC.

He even went above and beyond by replacing 10 sheets of rotten plywood, installing new flashing on a leaking window, added flashing to my chimney and even placed new chimney caps for me. They really worked with me to get the pricing to where the insurance would accept the quote, and after quoting a few different companies they were competitively priced. They were very accommodating when I had to postpone the install a few days before they were to begin siding. Communication was generally very good, they showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. There was a small issue at end of job, but they were very receptive and out immediately to take care of my concerns. Overall a very good company and I would definitely recommend them.

We have a big issue with this company's customer support. We hired them to replace the siding on…read morethe 45-year-old manufactured home that we bought 30 years ago. When they removed the old siding they uncovered some cosmetic damage to the foundation. They said they couldn't re-cover the area with siding, as doing so would void the manufacturer's warranty. Nor could they repair the "damage" themselves because, as they said, "We're a siding company, not masons". Thus, tens of thousands of dollars later our home was an eyesore and Keystone was no where in sight. In the end I was able to fix the problem myself; a mason was not even required. I feel, though, that Keystone should have offered just a hint of customer support by fixing a relatively simple problem themselves, or at least suggesting someone who could do the work. So though they did a good job installing the siding, I would never hire them again, nor recommend that anyone else do so.

We set up our kitchen remodel, started the demolition and throughout the process all 3 Brothers were attentive to our needs and guided us through the process. Communication is key throughout a remodel as ideas and changes develop and we incorporated our laundry room in the final demolition. All ideas were met with respect, vetted, and we were told what was actually attainable within our time frame, without any in doing a major renovation to our home. All price points were met, no surprises or extra add ons ( unless we asked for them) and the collaboration between all the workers was key for an unbelievable experience and led to an amazing kitchen and laundry room!
