This is an amazing apartment complex with beautiful homes to live in. I love the quiet, the beautiful greenery, the courtesy and kindness of the residents here, and the quick response of the management if a problem should arise. The maintenance team is wonderful! I love living here! read more

First off everything in our unit was broken or outdated upon move in, our washer never worked and no matter how many work orders or complaints they always said it was fine. The unit was disgusting when we moved in but we were assured it'd be cleaned, never was. There was an ant infestation and took them 3 days to get to it, they were everywhere. Your kids cannot play outside whatsoever. If you aren't on the third floor be ready to hear loud banging and footsteps at all hours of the night above you. Management is awful, also don't expect any of your deposit back! We got a refund of $12.70. Yup you read that correctly. Also is extremely over priced for what you're actually paying for. Might look pretty on the outside but that's literally it. The gate is constantly broken and if it's after hours you can't call the office so you have to wait and hope to God someone opens it for you. The pool is basically a bio-hazard, and parking is a pain in the ass. So yup I'd definitely never recommend living here !!! read more

Beautiful community. Staff is very nice. The office is so sweet and they have a beautiful clubhouse if you ever need it. There is a gym and business center. The pool is super cute and clean. The few times I've needed maintenance, they are so polite and quick to address anything. You would never know you are near any main roads. Elan Sevilla is 100% the most quiet and serene apartment community I've ever lived in! Maintenance is so kind and dependable. They even remember names and waive every time I see them. I used to live down the road about 3 minutes at a place ran by a different apartment company (Essex) and it was like a war zone over there. When I moved to Elan Sevilla, I feel like I moved to a different city. It is an absolute delight! Elan Sevilla is gated and its REALLY quiet - as in the most quiet I've ever lived in EVER! And I've lived in many communities in my 52 years. Elan Sevilla is very communicative and gives plenty of notice if there is regular maintenance or community upkeep work that needs to be done. The community just got repaved and is gorgeous. The pool and spa set up is awesome. So clean and always plenty of seating. BBQs are plentiful and there are some near the pool. Whenever I see residents using the BBQs and/or pool area, there is no yelling or inappropriate behavior. I have a view near that area so I would hear it if there was. There is plenty of parking and if someone needs or wants a garage or carport, the costs are reasonable. There is even a gate and cute little walking trail down to the local shopping center so I walk to Starbucks, etc whenever I want. The property is super safe. I've never had packages or any of my belongings taken or damaged or even touched. The neighborhood is lovely and very safe. I feel completely comfortable as a little woman alone, being safe at all times, light or dark, day and night. I have only been able to recommend one other community in my life and it was in another state. This place is FANTASTIC! read more

Hello Everyone, my name is Blake Miller. I'm a local Real Estate Business Owner & I have lived in Otay Ranch for 20+ years. I've lived in multiple Complexes since my Business tends to have me on the move frequently. I've recently made a move-out of Elan Sevilla & REGRETTED IT IMMEDIATELY. I moved to what I thought was going to be potentially upgrading my Living Space. For those who care, I Moved to Casa Lago. Which, is to be considered "Resort Style Living" & "Luxurious"however that was just NOT the case. When comparing these two Complexes, Elan Sevilla blows them out of the water! Everything from Customer Service, Cleanliness, Quick Response time with Maintenance or any other Request. All of this is Thanks to the AMAZING manager at Elan Sevilla; Cindy V. She has demonstrated outstanding Leadership Skills. Cindy is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home from the moment you decide to take a Tour. The complex does have amazing Vendors that come and serve delicious food and Cindy goes above and beyond during holidays to make sure her residents feel the love! Even Valentine's Day she left little chocolate kisses at every door! Cindy is super thoughtful and always on top of everything in the property, rules are enforced and we felt safe while living here. Needless to say we are waiting on a call back from Cindy to let us know of the first vacancy so we can put in our 30 day notice after being at Casa Lago not even a full 2 months and move back to Elan Sevilla. If you're reading this far, TRUST ME. This complex is definitely the place to be!! read more

Evelyn is soooo beyond amazing. I'm In the industry and can tell you it's people like her who are a breath of fresh air. You can tell she absolute loves what she does which makes me even more excited about renting here. I know my needs will be met as she provides such extraordinary service. Answered aaaaall my questions and took her time with me. Went above and beyond and can't say enough about how awesome she is. As far as the Community, so clean, has a homie feel, their office is devine and the pool was so inviting. Their apartments are so spacious and the setup is perfection, a must have. Can't wait for there to be availability soon as far as what I'm looking for. Thank you Evelyn! read more

First off I want to rave about the customer service from Evelyn! Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic and I had a lot of questions pertaining to possibly moving next year...she is a rockstar! She not only answered every inquiry today, she went above and beyond. I've worked in customer service for 14 years and Evelyn is one of the best! We are so excited to get the ball rolling to move here and I cannot say enough great things about just a phonecall! This says everything about the property and I'm so grateful I was able to speak to someone so upbeat and personable! Top notch leasing agent! Thank you :)! read more

Cynthia is the best, she was so patient in showing us around and answering questions. We ended up renting somewhere else as the young man I spoke to raised the rent on me before I even rented but I had to write that this complex is very lucky to have Cynthia represent them. read more

I don't know why I'm only the second person to review these apartments. I went here the other day to look for an apartment with my husband and daughter. When we walked in there was a male a female sitting at their desks who just looked at us. I had to go over and introduce myself. We were never greeted at all. Second, the guy hands me card and says, "Fill out this guest card." Needless to say it was one of the worst and unprofessional tours I've ever been given. I had to ask all the questions of the staff member, who also always walked too fast and was probably 3 years ahead of us. I seriously had to ask, " So how many units are in this complex? What does the name Sevilla mean? What is the square footage of this apartment? How much is the price?" It was the worst tour I've ever been in. I definitely won't be moving here! Good price but poor staff receptiveness. read more

If you have kids that like to be outside riding bikes or scooters or anything this is not the place for you. There is a little playground for little little kids but say 8 and up your in trouble if you want them to run off pent up energy. read more

So far it's nice Kevin the guy we talked to was nice and always willing to help he was really pushing to get us in not in a pushy kinda way but putting a rush on things the unit it's more than what I wanted washer and dryer fireplace balcony it's really nice garage isn't worth an extra 100 to our rent but the car port is its only 30 extra bucks it has a heated pool with a hot tub a a fire place next to the hot tub gas grills around the complex and charcoal also around the complex it's nice I recommend it read more

We lived here for about a year and a half and I have nothing negative to say about this apartment community. We have lived at many different apartments and this by far was the best. Staff was always friendly and professional, maintenance was always on top of repairs, and they had great family events for the complex. We definitely enjoyed living here and recommend it to our friends and family. read more

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost a month and we love our new place. We have a one bedroom apartment which is about 800 sq ft (one of the biggest one bedrooms we found in the area). I'll start with my favorite part which is the close proximity to stores and restaurants. At this complex we have our own tenant walkway to the sunbow plaza which has a ralphs, cvs, McDonald's, tj oyster bar, and lolita's tacos, just to name a few. The complex is gated which is nice, and parking is never an issue. You can even pay extra for a car port or garage if you feel that you need it. Cindy, the property manager, and Margie, the assistant manager made the application process very easy. They are so helpful. I've had to put in a couple maintenance orders in to get some things taken care of and the maintenance staff has responded pretty quickly. We got a place on the third floor which can be a bit of a workout on the legs but I love the view. I love the playground and pool for when my nieces and nephews come visit, and I look forward to using the 24 hour gym pretty soon. Oh and I almost forgot, there is central A/C and in-unit full size washer and dryer which is amazing. This place has everything we needed and I wanted to share because I know there are not many reviews for this complex yet. read more

Beautiful apartments. Terrible management. No one ever answeres the phone, no matter what time of day. Everytime I tried to visit the office, no one was ever there. Long lunches & "be back in 45 minutes signs on the door. " When I moved out the final bill was incorrect. I have asked for over 5 months to have it corrected, and no one has gotten back to me. On my move in sheet I made sure to log ALL the things that were still dirty when we moved in, ie: microwave, bathroom drawers, chiped paint etc. Yet I was STILL charged with a cleaning fee. Terrible terrible management. I am honestly disgusted at how such a beautiful community can be ruined with unorganized management. I'd give it zero stars if I could read more

Let me start off by saying I've only been here for a couple months and I will update my review if things change. To begin with Jordan is an asshole! He is very aggressive and is not capable of doing property management. He is condescending, aggressive, rude, and very unprofessional! I don't know how this guys still works here! Sevilla if you retreading this get rid of him. He yelled at me and was very unprofessional. Now the apartment. Don't get fooled by the pictures. I have wood floors, which are nice and look in good condition but everything else in the apartment is outdated, broken you name it! I've had maintenance come in every other week because of an issue. The apartment was not move in ready at all. And because of that I'm having to deal with issues every week I'm not even kidding you. I've dealt with Cindy, she's great but I'm sure she's getting tired of me calling every week as I am tired of calling, but hey if you would've taken care of the apartment and have it move in ready this wouldn't have happened. The appliances are very old again totally outdated.. The whole kitchen is white but yet they decided to put in a black stove!!?? Who does that?! Anyway, I will update my review if things change. read more

We lived there for a year from 2014-2015. The only reason why we moved was because I wasn't working so we had to move out. If we look for an apartment again we are definitely going back to Sevilla. From day one we were treated well. Both Cindy and Jordan were both very friendly and were there to help us out when ever we had any questions. There were times where only one of them were in the office so things got really busy for them, but they still managed to provide good service for us and get back to our emails or calls promptly. When we moved in there we had brand new carpet. We were told to do a walk through to find any flaws and we found maybe two things, but were both cosmetic things. If we had any issues and submitted a maintenance ticket, it was dealt with right away so a huge kudos to the maintenance crew who also works hard at keeping the upkeep of the property. I liked how the complex is steps away from the grocery store and little eateries. I definitely recommend this place. We lived on the third floor and the view was beautiful. I liked how we didn't have other buildings blocking us so we never felt cramped in. It's one of the cheapest places in the area. I see others had a bad experience, and it will differ from person to person, but with us it was awesome. read more

worst apartment management ever!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO AUTOMATICALLY LOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!! Moved into this complex for a year, never in a year had a late payment, never had any complaints, other than you can hear everything that goes on in the apartment above you but that's another story! so i turn in my 30 day notice, the manager schedules an appointment to do a walk thru and when the day comes he doesn't show, i go to the office and he says oh yeah i forgot, lets go do that... we get into my apartment he walks around, i don't have much furniture as i travel a lot for work... he says wow everything looks good, you can clean the carpets and apt but we charge for cleaning anyways so you might as well let us do it, i ask how much he said $190 i figured OK not bad... now mind you I've only actually lived in this apartment for MAYBE 5 months out of the year so the apartment was still in really good shape, come move out time i go back make sure the apartments clean because i don't want to get hit by any hidden fees then go turn in my keys... they tell me I'll receive the remainder of my deposit by mail 2-3 weeks later... well its 2 weeks later and what do i receive in the mail? a bill for a NICKLE!!!! because all the sudden my apt was "so damaged" it required full paint, "extra" carpet cleaning, and i got charged 3 times more than what I've ever paid for water while living here... i call to ask whats up and get hung up on twice, speak with the manager get hung up on again.. call the property management, still nothing!!!!! SO JORDAN AND EVELYN @ Sevilla Apartment Homes, i cant wait for KARMA to get back at you! you guys are CROOKS and deserve to be fired and locked up!! read more

Cindy, the Manager is very nice, approachable and helpful. She listens to the tenants and accommodate our needs. The Maintenance team is on time and fix any problem same day you report it. The place is kept clean, I like the layout of the building, near Ralphs and other establishments. It is a gated community and I feel safe here. The only thing I wish they have is to have assigned parking, so I don't have to worry about where to park my car. If you have guest or visitors make sure you park in the visitors parking or ask the Manager if she can give your guest a parking permit. They tow cars here for those who doesn't have sticker or permit to park. Western Towing is there to tow your car. I wish there should be NO PET ALLOWED. because some dog owners don't follow the rules, they don't pick up their dog's mess. Over all I like it here. read more
