Alba has been with us from the start, she's always on top of communication answering all of our questions and concerns. Pete and Ruben are the friendliest grounds keepers and always will help with anything. These apartments are very well maintained, professionally cleaned and sanitized before move in and move out. It's very modern and roomy. Should anything need immediate maintenance they have onsite maintenance there 24/7. That also means if someone trips an alarm or something by accident you won't hear it for hours. Its a very nice gated community with surveillance cameras everywhere and on site patrol at night. The heating and a/c are top notch as well as all the other appliances. We rarely ran into issues but if we did it was fixed super fast. The staff have special events every so often for children as well as free pizza or raffles to win things like full thanksgiving meals, etc. Parking is great theres plenty for cars needing charging stations or cover. The amazon package hub and mail are very secure, easy to use. We had two dogs and it was easy to get them to the designated dog pen. Its all kept very clean! There are so many amazing places nearby to eat and the bay is just up the street! If you're nervous to apply like we were because we had a lot going on at the time that sounded complicated to explain, just try! The staff are very understanding and will try to help you succeed. We are very thankful for the chance we had. There really isn't anything negative to report, we loved this apartment and they were always fair never asking for large increases in rent renewals. They also give plenty of advance notice for fire alarm testing, main hallway carpet cleaning, elevator maintenance, and any in unit quick inspections for yearly fire sprinkler upkeep that is just fast in and out look. Again, I highly recommend living here, it was an easy 3 yrs and we were very comfortable here.

They are all very friendly, professional, and hardworking; they have also gone out of their way to help me a few times which was so nice! The grounds are always kept clean, it's secure and quiet. There is also roaming security at night which is a bonus. The apartments are beautiful and it's really nice to be able to enjoy a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and clubhouse. During our interaction, she provided limited information regarding the available units and made several negative comments about the property. For example, rather than focusing on the available apartments and their features, she emphasized that only one vehicle could be parked on-site and that any additional vehicle would need to be parked off-site. Connie also appeared reluctant to show us any available units and instead offered to show us photographs. Since the available units and photographs were already accessible online, I found this approach unhelpful and expected a more informative in-person tour. Overall, I found the interaction to be unprofessional with poor communication skills. Connie did not appear knowledgeable about the property or the available units, and her overall demeanor made us feel as though she was discouraging us from renting at the property. Due to the experience, we ultimately decided to leave without viewing any units.

My parents enjoyed a clean and welcoming environment, onsite medical care and physical therapy, and programs that promoted mental stimulation and social interaction. Most importantly, Westmont's caregivers treated my parents (as well as my wife and me) like members of their own family. My Mom would regularly tell me about how nice her caregivers were to her. Two maintenance men since then have promised me clean windows and screens. A month ago I complained to the new manager. The people who promised to clean windows no longer work for Essex. She refused to honor their promises. She said if she did my windows she'd have to clean everyone's windows (quoted housing regulations.). She said the people weren't authorized to promise me clean windows. She refused to stand behind her employees promises. I forwarded a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I've heard nothing from them in regards to my complaint. As an Administrator I have stood behind my employees even when they were wrong and then retrained them so errors were not repeated. Poor Management ! Essex/Pinnacle needs retraining and renter appeasement and satisfaction.

We just moved here on 8/18/26 - so we've been here about a week. Its been fantastic in so many…read moreways, including the property management team in the sales office. After the initial week, I had a list of about 7-8 items that needed to be addressed maintenance-wise. Some were simple fixes like outlets not working, and a broken cabinet hinge in the bathroom. Others were more intensive - changing the lock on the storage closet/room outisde (house key wouldn't work), fixing a fridge that wouldn't chill appropriately, and a washer that had worn bearings (EXTREMELY LOUD during spin cycle). I was surprised that the NEXT DAY Guillermo(memo), and Carlos showed up at 10:00 am with a cart of tools. These guys were kind, professional, transparent, and smooth like Sade - Within 1.5 hours they were able to fix essentially every issue - from changing the lock, to a cleaning/maintenance service on the fridge, and diagnosing the washer and getting it on its way to health. I NEVER thought that apartment support teams here would be so accessible, transparent, available, and super helpful - Its my first time in an apartment, and they have blown my expectations away already. The apartments themselves are builder-grade at best, and maintenance often seems to lack the training and attention to detail needed to properly address recurring issues. Considering the premium rent being charged, there are far better communities that offer a higher standard of quality, maintenance, and overall living experience. One of my biggest concerns is safety. Residents regularly speed through the parking structure, creating a dangerous environment for pedestrians and children. Despite repeated concerns, management has not made this a priority or taken meaningful steps to improve safety
