As a local Realtor in Hutto, I take pride in helping clients prepare their homes for the market. My…read moreclient independently hired Jacks Helping Hands for a make-ready clean -- and it turned out to be one of the worst vendor experiences I've seen. They charged my client over $800, and the work absolutely did not justify that price. When we arrived, the home was still in unacceptable condition: Floors: Barely cleaned, looked like a quick once-over. Blinds: Still dusty; definitely not fully wiped down. Kitchen & Bathrooms: Cabinets, drawers, and under-sink areas were still filthy. Windows: Streaks everywhere, and the tracks/sills were untouched. Primary Bath: The bathtub still needed to be fully re-cleaned. I reached out and politely asked them to come back and fix the missed items before my open house, and they completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no accountability. This company is overpriced, unprofessional, and unreliable. I did not choose or recommend them, and after witnessing the lack of quality and communication, I never will. For anyone considering them -- save your money and look elsewhere
