Over the course of about a week, I called 7-8 times, left multiple voicemails, and even submitted an inquiry through the website. I never received a single callback or email response. Eventually, I stopped by the office in person because I couldn't get anyone to respond. When I explained that I had been trying to reach the office for a week, the front desk staff dismissed my concerns and told me I must have had the wrong phone number. To make sure, I called the number right there in the office, and their phone rang. I completely understand if my daughter needed a physician referral to use insurance, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the lack of communication and the way I was treated. Rather than receiving a helpful explanation, I felt dismissed and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. I can't speak to the quality of the physical therapists themselves, but first impressions matter. Unfortunately, the customer service and front office experience were enough for me to choose to take my business elsewhere.

Unlike PT mills, where you see the physical therapist for maybe 15 minutes and are then poorly ministered to by frequently disinterested aides, at Highline I get 50 minutes of undivided attention from my therapist. Tyler and Nina work wonders with hands on deep tissue bodywork and appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises. They make sure I am doing my exercises properly and follow my progress carefully. I am so pleased with their work that I paid out of pocket for PT on my knees for a month before my insurance kicked in. It wasn't until working with Dr. Harper that I felt I finally found the hope I was searching for. The combination of his chiropractic care and knowledge of neurology especially make his treatments more effective and individualized. The spinal decompression therapy worked wonders for my pain. The…read moreexercises I were given were aimed at strengthening initially and then moved to more sport specific and I was always asked if the exercises were appropriately challenging and modifications were made as necessary. Once I had completed my rehab it was suggested that I consider some PRP therapy which I did and it was an excellent idea. I hope I will remain injury free but if I don't, I know where to go!!!
