I'd already had another plumber out who hadn't fully resolved it, and I was hoping for a camera scope of the lines. Chris was upfront during our initial emailing that the routing in my house made that difficult. So he walked through the upstairs issues, gave me his honest read on what was actually going on, and sent me off with some DIY remedies to try. No charge for any of it. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Would call him again without hesitation.

When I talked with the manager and i asked her to give me detail report of the invoice, she provided me with a different answer every time and she was unable to give me specific and clear information on how she was charging me. Also I realized that every year they were counting the total number of windows differently so every time i was charged differently for the same job. Very unhappy with this cleaning company and the customer service. I would recommend people who use this company to make sure they are question the way they are charged. I will definetely not use this company next year.
