We had our first snow of the season yesterday. It was only about 3 inches, so some people might…read morenot want plowing. DumpPros called me to ask whether I wanted our driveway plowed. I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then, about 1/2 hour later, a link to my invoice arrived by text message. A couple of clicks and the invoice (plus generous tip) was paid by credit card. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!!!

I was extremely shaken up and pulled over to the side of the highway. When I arrived home I immediately call the company to report the incident. The end result is that All American Waste will take no responsibility for the damage to my car even though they broke CT law by not clearing the snow and ice off their truck. Needless to say, I would never choose All American Waste as my refuse company and perhaps you should not either.

I needed to get rid of a single appliance. After staying home all day waiting, they were a no-show…read moreon the first appointment. On the third attempt, they called with an ETA and were prompt. When they arrived, they told me it was going to be almost double what I had been quoted over the phone. When I told this to the guy who seemed to be in charge, he said it's because the phone quote is from corporate and they don't know the local rates. This was total BS and I pushed back. He then told me he'd do the job for only $30 more than the original quote. Since I needed to have the junk removed and they were there, I agreed. I paid by credit card, but didn't get a receipt for services. I don't appreciate the bait and switch business practices and would never hire them again.
