When they arrived, they told me it was going to be almost double what I had been quoted over the phone. When I told this to the guy who seemed to be in charge, he said it's because the phone quote is from corporate and they don't know the local rates. This was total BS and I pushed back. He then told me he'd do the job for only $30 more than the original quote. Since I needed to have the junk removed and they were there, I agreed.
