Todd's polite demeanor does not compensate for his unprofessionalism and decision to abandon an…read moreunderbid job. While personable, he left my project incomplete, non-functional, and hazardous. He worked diligently from October 21 through the week of November 14 on rerouting plumbing behind a wall. He had been paid incrementally every time he made a trip to further complete the job. However, after a scheduled post-Thanksgiving appointment on November 29, he failed to show up or communicate. Despite numerous attempts by myself to contact him via text, call, and email between December 1 and December 11, Todd completely failed to respond nor complete the work on the bid we agreed upon. It has been over three weeks since he last worked, leaving me with: * A non-functional kitchen sink * A large, open hole in the kitchen wall with an exposed, leaking pipe * See video and photo below I have since had to hire a new plumber and a separate contractor to finish and inspect the work that Todd started. So, based on my experience, if you need a project completed reliably, professionally, and in a timely manner, I do not recommend Todd.

I come from a family of carpenters (a tradition I broke, unfortunately), and so I notice and appreciate Eric's attention to customer preferences, details, and quality work. We've got another project on the books (a shower rebuild and other bathroom repairs), and we will be working with Neading for as long as we are in the area. A few details below for those who want it. Outdoor project was a partial rebuild of the front porch, mostly ceiling and fascia that was rotting and poorly built to begin with. Eric carefully removed the gutter, built a temporary structure to keep it in pristine shape, quickly and expertly rebuilt the front of the porch, including extending the trusses a bit, painted, and re-attached the gutter. Looks fantastic. Indoor project was a kitchen floor installation + shoe molding, laundry room flooring, and some minor repairs here and there. All done expertly and quickly.

In summary, this business seems like a brand new venture run by amateurs and money-grabbing greedy teenagers. To be honest, at this point, I almost think this is not a legitimate business. Don't waste your time even considering this place. You are the boss. You can hire whoever you want. You don't deserve to be humiliated and insulted.
