When I was finally able to retrieve my car, it unfortunately wasn't driveable, and I didn't have anyone in the area who could help me tow it back home. The team at T&R Towing was incredibly helpful and offered to tow it back to my house so it wasn't sitting in their lot! With a fair price of course. They were extremely friendly, professional, and very understanding. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain my options and help me figure out the best solution for my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend T&R Towing to anyone in need of towing services.

At first, they sent Roland, who was very pleasant and friendly on the phone. However, after I waited about 45 minutes, I got a call from Manuel letting me know he was coming. After confirming with Roland (who could not come after all), I waited a little longer for Manuel. He was a super nice guy with a very sunny disposition. I was certain something was terribly wrong with our engine, but Manuel charged the battery and that did the trick so we could drive the car ourselves to a mechanic for a new battery. Both Roland and Manuel were very nice and helpful and kept me from loosing my cool (literally and figuratively, since it was very hot that day). I would recommend them.
