The man I spoke to on the phone was willing to accept payment over the phone, but told him I could just pay in the center. I went to the center to pick up the car and needed to pay with 2 credit cards - one I physically had with me and another that I did not physically have but had all of the information with me. Craig was very rude towards me and kept claiming that they can only take payment if the person is physically in the center...complete opposite of what the other person told me on the phone! Eventually I was able to persuade them to take both methods of payment. Pfieffer Lincoln, if you're going to adopt a policy that's against all other dealerships for taking payments over the home then for gods sake maintain consistency and educate your employees and make it explicitly clear when discussing repairs with your customers!
