Rating for Florist - I would give a ZERO if I could. The florist that the funeral home referred me to whom they use was HORRIBLE. If you are referred to Preferred Florist, DO NOT use them. I ordered a Peace Lily Plant that was to look like the photo on the funeral homes website. What was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. They refused to fix the issue and make it right by sending what I actually ordered. The basket was not what it was to be, the bow looked thrown together, and it looked like a store bought plant with 1 lily stuck in the middle. And the leaves/foliage used was nothing like the picture of what I expected. The owner of the Florist only offered a refund BUT she would have to go pick up the plant. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! How rude and utterly disgusting would that be?? She offered nothing else. She could have at least offered a different plant as a replacement, or even offer to meet me half way and refund part of the cost. And, she did all of this communication through a text message. For a $75 plant, what was delivered was NOT worth what I paid. If they couldn't make it look acceptable, they should have notified me prior to delivering it. AGAIN, do NOT use Preferred Florist. I suggest searching other florists in the area.
