With Mr. Keller at the helm it was a great company to work with. Since the Superior take over it has not been great - today the worst! Without any notice I just found out that they put our company on delivery hold! No notice - in the middle of the coldest weeks of this winter - they stopped delivering! Why - a total FU!!! They told me our invoice dated 1-12-2021 was not paid until 1-25-21 - 13 days - however we have and have always had 30 day payment terms. It turns out, when I checked my bank statement the 1-25 check they got was for a 12-28 delivery. Still within the 30 day terms. Again - after 10 years plus of NEVER missing a payment or being late. We are so extremely lucky that one of our employees came in today (normally we are closed on Saturdays) and discovered we had no heat. No phone call from Superior! No email from Superior! NOTHING!!! Definitely time to switch to natural gas! There is absolutely no excuse for this - even if our payment did come in slightly after the 30 day terms - which it did not! This should be against the law - actually it may be - time to contact our local senator!

This little convenient store is staffed with happy and out-going employees, my first visit was fun yes I said fun as strange as that sounds being this is a C-store where prices, efficiency and the quality of the product should be the determining factor to be a frequent visitor here. I am not from this area so I originally stopped in because my friend told me this was the best coffee bar around, any size hot or ice coffee is ninety ninety cents and it's totally free on Friday and that's a great perk, but it's the selection and freshness that hooked me along with the interaction with the staff. I never ready prepared my own iced coffee since I usually prefer mine hot although in the warmer months this is an option I frequently choose. Creating a great iced coffee is a process which I understand now but never appreciated and is probably one of the reasons I've never been a fan of it from a drive-through (it definitely requires some thought). The recipe for a perfect iced coffee in my opinion: Grab a large plastic cup - add granular sugar into the empty cup - add a few inches of hot coffee to completely melt the sugar I prefer the Rwanda blend to accomplish this - fill the cup with ice this will prevent the cup from melting - add fresh cream - fill the remaining space with more hot coffee I pick a second type for this, today it was a bold blend, stir to mix and chill, pop on the top and grab a straw... I do a lot of drive-throughs out of convenience and hope for a nice cup of coffee - this is a guaranteed way to ensure you get it your way for a fraction of the price and it also slows the world down for a few minutes. I'm learning we don't always need to be in such a hurry and this place helps instills that mind set...

I took the first bite and it was actually hot all the way through, not like Dunkin sammies. Busy store and getting in and out was kind of a pain but for good coffee and grub at a reasonable price I'll put up with it.

We arrived on time to pick up our scheduled rental, but were directed to go through an endless gauntlet of BS on the buggy Uhaul app. App is extremely user-unfriendly and contradictory - except for the part where $19.99 turns into over $100 with extra fees, it sure did that efficiently enough. The vehicle warned that there was an issue with the tire pressure safety system, we brought this to the attention of the attendee and was told that this was normal as the sensor must have fallen off. He then kicked the rear tire in question and told us that it would be fine and to "have fun!" and reminded us to 'drink plenty of water.' Uhaul's system attempted to gaslight us by sending a text message 'reminding' us of our scheduled time to return the truck - 5 hours early. We confirmed in the app that the text message was wrong, but upon dropoff (another half hour and horrid experience out in the freezing cold), it tried to bump up the charge. Attendant said that we were either late, over mileage, or had not fully filled the gas; all three of which were untrue. I recommend trying another company. If you are forced to rent from this location, take note: when they ask if they can introduce you to the app, you should probably say 'no, I don't have a smartphone'. You may save yourself a migraine.

We sat in the vehicle and waited for an employee to come out and handle the return as the sign instructed us to do. Two employees stood in front of the truck having a spirited conversation and ignoring us until after ten minutes they walked inside the building leaving us there. Since none of the employees seemed to be interested in handling the turn-in, we used the app and did the after hours return. Once we completed the after hours turn-in, we were prompted to move the truck out of the turn-in lane and park in the lot, then take a picture to upload it into the app. Instead, I walked inside where four employees were standing around as one customer was walking out. I tossed the keys on the counter and commented about how busy they were and thanked them for leaving us out there unattended to. One of the employees who was outside gabbing with his buddy for ten minutes said they were very busy. Clearly they couldn't be bothered to attend to customers trying to turn a truck in.
