But it was all good! I had a really horrible sewer leak in my house and while the plumbing was repaired elsewhere we needed major clean up. The estimator explained what needed to be done, gave me a verbal estimate but wasn't able to confirm exact price at the moment (he tried but someone at the main office wasn't around or something). This was the only thing that could have been improved - no exact price and he was a tad on the slick slide . I called the office later in the day and got a precise quote that was less than the verbal by several hundred so I was good to go! Crew of 3 arrived the following morning, on time, and they were great! Got right to work, we're friendly, VERY clean and did a wonderful job. They had to remove Sheetrock, insulation and debris and clean and disinfect . I believe the lead was Geno and a Project Manager named Dustin stopped by mid-project. Both these guys are top notch and I can't say enough about how happy I was with the experience. The job was done right and quite honestly for less than I thought it would cost.
