My dad no longer sees Dr. Hellrung and for very good reason. His new primary care physician is knowledgeable, compassionate, and cares about his well-being, which is how the patient-provider relationship should be. But unfortunately, that's not always the case with some physicians.

This was my first visit with Dr Nash. I researched her and watched her video…read more Quite impressive. The office staff greeted me, very friendly. I did not have to wait!!! Dr Nash walked in the door, very pleasant. I told her my history, and she actually had information on me! We discussed my issues, she was knowledgeable, understanding and personality plus. I was shocked with her, I finally found an excellent Doctor. She is so personable and understood what tests I needed. She was conservative regarding the amount of tests. Usually you get a Doctor that wants you to take tests, x-rays, etc. Not her!! She is the opposite. I have been feeling awful. But, she invigorated me. I had the best day. People said "what did you take today", nothing!! I felt so good today, because I found hope!! It's December 15, 2020. I went to the office and met "Dr" Scott!! I was greeted by Maddi, RN student. I went to the window and was greeted by Sarah, office manager, and Grace, office assistant. They were friendly and helpful. Carrie, LPN took my vitals. She is knowledgeable and pleasant! I only waited for 10 minutes! When Scott came in the room, he was vivacious, researched my problem. He is truly amazing. I finally was able to come inside, as I had Covid for 5-6 weeks. I tested positive in the parking lot. I felt so comfortable, as he has an unbelievable bed side manner. We discussed my issue and he wanted me to see a specialist. He called them, and they called me, in a few hours!! I'm going to the specialist on Monday. This was unbelievable?! I felt so respected and it was an excellent consult. Thank you guys!! I went to Dr Nash's office last week. They diagnosed my Covid. After 4 months, I still have symptoms. We are called long haulers. I couldn't wait to see Dr" Scott. I was still was exhausted from Covid. When he comes into your room, you are greeted with a huge smile! I actually started to feel better. He is hilarious, empathetic, clever and the best bedside manner. He ordered blood test, and spent so much time with me. He has the best referrals. The doctors he sends me to are wonderful, and sends the results to 'DR" Scott. I want to thank Carrie, she is amazing. She also has a great bedside manner. She is thoughtful, caring, always an upper! The office staff is wonderful, as well. Thanks to Sarah, Ashley, Julie, Jill and Grace!
