I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson practically since he started practicing. I have been to many…read moredoctors in my 77 years, but I have never had one who listens as well as he does. He greets me with a great big smile each time he sees me. He is very caring, very smart, and very congenial. I measure every other doctor I see by his standards. He keeps up with everything about me and my medical conditions and I know I can count on him to know what he is talking about when he prescribes medicine or refers me to a specialist for treatment. In my opinion, he is gets an A### in everything !!!!! I highly recommend him both as a person and as a physician. Cookie Plunkett

I would like to say, Dr. Richard Russell's clinic needs to do better. I was in search for a PCP and…read morewas told by my sister Dr. Russell was an amazing physician. I called and spoke with the secretary who informed me to submit records and Dr. Russell would review the records and she would give me a call once reviewed prior to scheduling an appointment. After waiting for over a month, I received a call this morning on 11/5/24 informing me that he would not be accepting me as a new patient, but the website shows that he's accepting new patients. She was not able to provide any reason for the decline stating he doesn't give a reason. I know healthcare providers have choices when in private practice on who they treat; however, please do better and don't have patients waiting over a month. Dr. Russell doesn't know what people are dealing with. Do better Dr. Russell.

I already wrote a review. Maybe it didn't get posted…read more Anyway, I had a great visit. The Dr. conducted a nerve test on my feet. I had terrible pain, and I was referred to this office. The Dr is so personable, knowledgeable and is great. Although, the test stated, that all was well. This office would be great if you have neuropathy! And, a huge shout out to Gina, in billing. She is personable, knowledgeable and just a great person! She was full of empathy, which is hard to get, these days. Thanks you guys!!!!

My dad keeps his checkups but he always seemed reluctant to go to his appts with Dr. Murphy Martin…read more So I decided to accompany him on a visit. After sitting in the waiting room, we waited over an hour in the patient room. When Dr. Martin came in, he did not apologize for the wait; looked at my dad's chart and muttered some things without even looking at him; sat down, crossed his legs and began writing on a clipboard before asking my dad questions that he didnt even give him time to respond to. I asked him to explain my dads results to which he sighed and curtly responded. I explained the situation to a nurse and she informed me that they receive numerous complaints about Dr. Martin's bedside manner with certain patients. She switched my dad to another doctor which was really kind of her. I was highly displeased with Dr. Martin's performance, it was very unprofessional and and his attitude was just plain poor. I would not recommend his services for anyone. I would give negative stars if I could.

I have a newborn who was twitching. My mom called to schedule an appointment as we were concerned…read morethat it may have been seizures. My mom was told to take a video when it occurs and call back to schedule an appointment then. My son was not even two months. Thereafter, my newborn had an appointment last week to have his 2 months shots. The appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM. We arrived at 1:50 PM to be told that my son could not be seen because we were late. I called my mom who asked about the 15 minutes window from time of appointment. My mom was told that they tell patients to come 15-20 minutes prior to their appointment which is the window. That was not their policy. We did not receive service for my newborn. I will never go back there as they clearly did not want to provide our newborn service and we were treated differently. Highly disappointed and concerned about the disparate treatment received.

Dr. Hicks at Internal Medicine and Pediatric Associates has been the primary doctor for my wife and…read moreI for about a decade. He is a board-certified internist and pediatrician. It may seem odd that a couple who has no kids go to a clinic with "pediatric" in the name, but they serve children and adults (in fact, they have a children's entrance and an adult entrance). I was referred to IMPA by my cardiologist after I told her how disappointed I was with the bedside manner and lazy diagnoses of the last THREE primary care doctors I had (from different health systems). Unlike the others, Dr. Hicks has always gone the extra mile to truly find out what's going on with my body, which is invaluable to me as I have a complicated medical history. He is very easy to talk to, he listens and takes notes, and has a warm bedside manner. The staff have always been professional and caring when I've gone there. The doctors' schedules tend to be pretty booked up, but they've always made the time to see us if we have a immediate health need. They also have an online Patient Portal that I can log into to see my lab results, next appointment, etc. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and any of the doctors for premium quality care. (I feel that the 1-star review below is unwarranted. The clinic does have a sign that states that they are closed for the lunch hour on Fridays. This isn't an issue for people who have appointments. If it is an issue for someone, then there are plenty of walk-in clinics in the area.)
