I'm glad they don't. I wouldn't want to worry about my dog getting attacked while he was being groomed. I also wouldn't want them to loose their insurance because they took a dog that wasn't allowed. I just called ahead of time to make sure they took his size and breed.

We have our three dogs groomed here every quarter and love the outcome and price. They remember what we like having done on our dogs and are quick to recommend any changes due to the weather. The groomers and front staff really seem to enjoy their jobs and working with the dogs. Even when they appear busy, they still manage to have our three dogs ready within 3-4 hours after drop off and always call 30 mins before they are ready, allowing us the perfect amount of time to drive out there to pick them up! They also allow us to tip their workers via credit/debit, saving us a trip to the ATM!

One thing that would help is sending an email confirmation with this info. Seems like standard business practice to send an email anytime a customer makes a reservation. They could go one step further and send an automated text or email the day before your reservation starts (like doctors offices and restaurants do). The online portal and app made it easy to upload my cats documents and book the taxi to pick them up day of. Jason, one of the owners actually came to pick my cat up. I added a happy pet package which allowed a playtime daily, and I requested they send me pictures each day, which they obliged. If I ever need to board again I'll definitely be going with alpha pet.

After a few weeks of trying to get fluids in and not being very successful, we found Natasha's company Sit Stay VA, and are so grateful that we did!
