Pros: The owner, Jeff, is friendly and takes time to chat…read morewith you. That made me feel comfortable to leave my furry friend. The price was $13 per day, very reasonable. Charlie, my dog, had a open air and sheltered space. They fed him his own kibble, and when Jeff noticed Charlie didn't like to eat from his bowl he got him a different bowl. When I picked up Charlie he seemed happy, not traumatized. Cons: I'm nervous to review this kennel because I want to hoard it for myself. Summary: This kennel is now Charlie's home away from home.

Prior to the trip, we explained that 2 out of the 4 tend to get into it around food when not supervised. As long as you're there, they're fine. She agreed to watch them and of course met them prior. Not 24 hours later my dogs barely leave the kennels, barely get water, and of course, the 2 dogs in question get into it bad enough that we had to come home and take them to the vet. She did not intervene she just stood there. We have it all on video from a security camera. Now, all we asked was to reimburse us for the unused days and we would have ended it. But no. She refuses to return calls and texts. She claimed to be injured, but the video evidence shows no injuries. Do not hire! She has no business caring for others dogs. The worst of it being she was paid to house sit, yet she was barely there and my poor dogs got water once.
