Each one had something to take away and learn from. Working with her was awesome. She has so much knowledge and experience when it came to touring houses. I learned what to look for in houses from the roof to the foundation. Knowing these things are beneficial when it comes to negotiations and knowing what needs to be fixed down the line. She gave me honest opinions when evaluating places, which let me know when I was being too stubborn. She was very kind and courteous to us, but especially knew how to fight for us when it came to bidding. Because Southern California is so competitive for housing, it was a plus to have her in our corner. It was easy to talk with her as well, she was there when I had to vent my frustrations as a professional and a friend. We ultimately settled on a condo in Camarillo, and it was the best thing to happen to us. Going on almost a year now things have been great. I am very satisfied with our purchase all thanks to her patience and commitment to helping us out for those 5 months last year. My lady and I are very thankful for her helping us to achieve this very significant life goal, and I'm glad to still be in touch with her to this day. He doesn`t have any negotiation skills. We were newcomers in USA. It was first our experience with buying the property. We wanted to buy a property in CA. We informed to him that we have 4 pets and he offered us Townhomes and Condos, knowing that according to Rules and regulations HOA the maximum limit of pets is 2 everywere (now I know it). The first day he wanted us to sign Contingency Removal. It is unbelievable!!! When we made a decision to cancel transaction during our contingency period and the seller was refusing to sign release of deposit and he just left us. We signed Termination Of buyer agency with his broker. Then we spent almost 1 month to get our deposit from the seller. We had to pay $220 fee to Escrow company. BE CAREFULL to work with him!!!
