Sandra is by the far the best realtor I have ever worked with. When it comes to real estate agents most people don't think too much about who is representing them. Big mistake! I've had the displeasure of using on online listing tool and even though you pay less commission the service was horrible and it felt like I had no agent at all. If I had Sandra during that sale I know I could've gotten way more for my house and I would have been well taken care of rather that left hanging. Sandra is one of the few agents I've met who actually cares. She has a huge heart and a ton of compassion for her clients. Although it took me awhile to find THE house she was there through it all. She was patient with me and once I was sure that I loved it she fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal possible. Once the offer was accepted (out of 25 offers!) the selling agent tried to hardball us and negotiate the price up by us telling us there were "all cash" offers that were equal to ours but the sellers "liked" us. She saw through all of his tricks and BS and was able to go toe to toe with this predatory agent. She was always available to me during the harrowing process of buying a house. I'd call her freaking out about this or that and she would calm my nerves and explain the ins and outs of real estate in terms that I could understand.
