I understand there is a distinction between the two categories; however, the earrings broke in less than a year, and all my daughter wants is to have them repaired. As a person of color, I felt racially profiled and treated poorly from the moment I walked in. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, offering little to no assistance compared to how I saw them interacting with other customers. To make matters worse, my mom brought in a broken necklace she had purchased from Kendra Scott, and the employee kept repeatedly asking, "Well, did you get the necklace from here?" This was not only frustrating but insulting--obviously, we wouldn't have come to Kendra Scott if the necklace wasn't from there. It felt like they were questioning us simply because of who we are, which was unacceptable. It is a simple fix and the company as a whole has lost me as a customer. This kind of treatment is disappointing and hurtful. I won't be returning, and I encourage others to reconsider shopping here if they value inclusivity and respect.

This has to be one of the largest Target (#1) stores I've seen. This is the kind of Target where most folks would be happy to shop at. As a result of being so large, it never feels all that crowded here. Some areas are smaller than regular stores, such as the electronics and select clothing areas. One thing they haven't scaled back on now, is cach up to electronics, which are more dedicated iPhones and laptop demos and bigger TVs. The only thing I didn't love was that the main public bathroom was out, forcing eveyone to use family bathroom next to the pharmacy. It wasn't all that clean, but I hope they've got it all sorted now. While I don't always make it out to Target, I can appreciate a good one when I see it. On Christmas Eve around 5:00 PM, my mom and I had a very unpleasant experience at this Five Below…read morelocation involving two employees, Zanaya and Amaya. While we were shopping, Zanaya pushed items directly in front of us while we were still shopping and yelled "excuse me" in a rude and aggressive manner instead of politely asking us to move or waiting until we finished looking at the items. Shortly after, Amaya approached us asking what happened, but instead of listening or addressing the situation, she brushed us off and told us "the store closes at 6, we are shutting down", even though it was only 5:12 PM at the time. After that, Amaya rolled her eyes and made negative comments toward me and my mom when we were walking out of the store, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The entire interaction felt dismissive, hostile, and unnecessary. This was a very upsetting experience, especially on Christmas Eve, and it is not how customers should be treated holiday rush or not. I understand retail can be stressful, but basic respect and courtesy should still be expected. I hope management addresses this situation and provides additional customer service training so others don't have a similar experience

Our main goal was to explore different strollers and figure out which one would be the best fit for us. Barbara was incredible! She noticed we were a bit overwhelmed and took the time to walk us through each stroller, explaining the pros and cons, showing us the various features, demonstrating how they worked, and even letting us try them out. Thanks to her, our decision was so much easier, and we left knowing exactly which stroller we wanted. We called about a week later to place the order, and they made the process quick and easy. Teso Life is like an elevated Japanese dollar store on steroids. It's think of Mini So but 10x…read morebigger. The parking is more than ample, selection is out of this world (who needs to go to Japan when we have a Teso Life close by?), prices decently fair, and facilities clean. One item category that sticks out is the 3D puzzles. I wish I snapped a photo of that. Other items include Asian drinks, ramen, sunblock, beauty supplies, and so much more. Teso Life shares a parking lot with other high foot traffic stores like 99 Ranch for Asian groceries, Paris Baguette for pastries and desserts, LadyM for the best crepe cakes, Somi Somi for the world's best Taiyaki, and much much more! The shopping center is located close to Dairy Ashford and Westheimer, just north of Alief and not too far from Chinatown which has been expanding west. Enjoy!

This store is located at West on West (WoW) on Westheimer which holds several Asian-centric businesses like KBBQ, Japanese sushi, cake and bakery shops, and more. You'll see lots of shoppers that come and go in groups whether they're family or friends, but all are very shop curious, as Teso has such a variety of items. It takes time to explore all the things but it is fun to discover unique items you likely won't find elsewhere. The aisles are very well stocked with sweet and savory snacks like cookies, crackers, chips, nuts, dried seafood, chocolates, candies, ice cream etc. They also have a huge wall of specialty drinks in the far back, where you'll also find things like 3D puzzles and toys that are not typical. There's also a row of claw arcade machines in the back so have your hand at the claw if you'd like. There's also a wide variety of beauty items that are Japanese heavy including face masks, mascara, fake lashes, hair dye, and lip sticks. Stationary that is cute and useful is also in abundance. I did not over price my items compared to the other consigners as I hung my own items in the racks sweating miserably. The tagging process was fairly simple but time consuming, and the hanging of the clothing at the venue was somewhat disorganized. I worked several hours for several days to make a measly $75. I had much better sales at other consignment events possibly because of more traffic and a better, more air conditioned, and organized venue.
