Took forever and a day to get to the window as service was super slow. When I got my order, which was a black coffee and toasted bagel with butter, it was wrong. Glad I checked as I started to pull away. They had given me cream cheese. It was barely warm. Since I was still in the parking lot when I made my discovery, I whipped back around and asked them to correct the order. My husband kept telling me about this place because his co worker's really hype it up and made it seem like it was the best coffee in town. So one day we finally decided to try it out. We stood in line for 45 minutes and there was just one car in front of us, When we finally got our ice coffee it tasted just average. Really wanted to love this place. I have been ordering a plain latte for YEARS and years. Same drink at many different coffee shops. They have all been the same... until this place. I take the lid off to enjoy the yummy frothy milk foam top before I dive in to the rich Java and milk mix below. Except for here. I take the lid off.... just steamed milk in coffee. No fluffy layer on top... makes me sad. There's an option for "steamed or frothed " milk. So I started asking for frothed.... STILL no foam. I inquired about it and they offered to "spoon" some foam on top... not really the same. Now mind you... two guys from here made it right every time but they weren't always working. One girl told me if I wanted a frothy top I needed to ask for a cappuccino. Which is a totally different drink... but I did... and occasionally would get the latte I desired. But usually it would just be the coffee with steamed milk up to the top... no foam. I gave up and started getting my lattes down the road. The staff is super sweet but really needs better training on basic coffee drink assembly. read more

I'm NOT a coffee drinker. Anyone who knows me will tell you I loathe the stuff. Hate the smell and taste of it. And then, I met Mr. Milan Mint Mocha and I was pleasantly surprised. It did not taste like battery acid or make me want to puke. It was smooth and, dare I say it? Delicious!! I was sneaking sips of my husbands beverage because I was SO delighted that I enjoyed a caffeinated beverage!! So, I thought I'd give this coffee a try frozen and it was EVEN BETTER! This place popped up shortly before i graduated college. I really really wish they were national, because hot damn this place brews a mighty fine cup of Giovanni! I'm normally not a latte or mocha fella, sticking mostly with good old fashioned drip or cappuccino; but the sugar free mocha from here is not something I pass up when I'm back home visiting family. Oddly enough they do a roaring business in smoothies, but this is South Georgia; even hardened coffee drinkers have to bow before the oppressive Georgia summertime heat. Affordable, fast, tasty, and not full of trendy people who see coffee cups as status symbols. Don't come here looking to sit, as there are only two drive thru lanes, but really it is not a big deal with the quality of coffee you get here. Instead of stopping at the Starbucks by the interstate, make the extra two mile drive and treat yourself while supporting a local chain! read more

I used to come here all the time and recommended it to all of my friends but after coming today, I don't plan on returning. My friend and I had two separate transactions, one with card and one with cash. Andrew charged my friend's card and gave her no receipt (sketchy) whereas my cash was taken and I was given a receipt. After a while, she noticed she was charged for both transactions to which we headed back (out of our way) to correct the issue. We were met with Andrew again who bluntly said "yup it was refunded." No apology for the inconvenience, no explanation as to what happened, and no details on the refund... (as a person in the food industry, i would've handled the situation completely different.) We asked to speak with a manager to which we were told there was not one, there is nothing he can do about it, and that "this happens all the time and no one makes a big deal about it like she was." If this happens all the time, then that deters me from wanting to spend money here again.. especially if terrible service follows. The barista there (white guy with a beard) was RUDE. ABSOLUTELY rude. We ordered five coffees and a muffin. He checked on us three times trying to figure out what was what. Why not write this down? I'm not even sure. He gave me two hot coffees when I wanted them iced. I went to fix my order which took longer than expected then when I told him about my order he slammed the window in my face. If you wanna be upset because YOU messed up my order then you go ahead while I never support your business. I don't appreciate this business nor will I ever visit them again. I'm in town for only a week and I've gone three times... planning a fourth! Everyone here has been so nice to me and the coffees are so delicious. I've gotten a hazelnut latte freezer, blackberry lemonade, and iced coffee. All were delicious and authentic! They have a real coffee-house style which I appreciate much more than subpar corporate coffee places in which the quality is lost! Side note: I was in deep need of caffeine on the Fourth of July and EVERY SINGLE local coffee place was closed. We stop in every chance we get. Found our first Elianos in Statesboro, GA at Georgia Southern. Now this store is just as good. Yes, they have 2 "drive thru" windows. But you can walk up and sit in a little patio area they have in front of the store. They may not always be super fast, but if you have to wait, it's worth it. This place is a "COMPLETE DISASTER" waited in line for 21-minutes and never made it to the window to place my order because the "CHILDREN" that are suppose to be "WORKING" are more interested in talking to girls and trying get to hooked up with them on the job, instead of doing the job that they were hired to do, which is make coffee. Making coffee is not a hard thing to do!!!! I can train a dog to do what these children were hired to do and the dogs would be more professional and efficient than these kids!!!!!!
