Visit for yourself! Like any good coworking space, there are various membership plans you can choose from including those with access to public shared space, to more expensive private offices. Depending on the plan you choose, you are also allotted hours for conference room usage, guest passes, color copies, free headphones, a personal locker, and more. There's a large kitchen area with all the appliances you may need, complimentary snacks, and free coffee from Catalina Cafe. When we dropped in, we were even offered sandwiches and other lunchtime goodies. The people here were super friendly and answered all my questions with a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a creative shared space in Tallahassee! Hopefully I'll be able to go back again sometime.

When I followed up with property I was told they are fully booked with wedding and Hotels.com aka "third party" should have not allowed my reservation to go through. Could is be that ....hotel's interface with "third party" is actually a hotel responsibly too! Perhaps, I am sorry it happened could be a standard of customer service, not just "anything else we can do for you?"

From the lobby to the grand staircases, the artwork to the perfectly polished wood. It's all gorgeous. The rooms are also very nice too. Historic yet well maintained. The bedding and decor is spectacular, and even though the rooms are east-facing there are blackout blinds to keep that unforgiving morning sun at bay. Now, why the strange part? Because for the two days I was there, I saw ZERO humans in the entire hotel. For starters, everything is automated. My reservation was done online. I got texted an entry code to the property and to my room. And checkout was all via door code and online too. Never in the entire experience from booking to stay, did I speak to or see another human. And for a hotel experience, that's just weird. So, The Blanche. Definitely better than staying at a chain hotel. Great value. Stunning beauty. Eery silence. Finally, let me add this. There are several one star reviews of this place talking about a bar, roaches and no parking - I can say with confidence those reviews are not accurate whatsoever. This place is clean, quiet and very easy to park at, in fact I parked about 10 feet from the front door for free.

It is a further off the highway when compared with Starbucks or Just Love Coffee, but if you need to spend some time hanging out, then i recommend it here. I only got a coffee with an extra shot, but the coffee was good. Limited menu like a boutique shop, but seasonal drinks and some other things. It apparently turns into a bourbon and martini bar at night, but I can't imagine I'd ever be here unless I was driving through. The shop itself is very big. Lots of open spaces, tables, outlets, etc. Even a separate room away from the music playing and people hanging out. I don't think it was intended to be a "quiet" space for work, but it was a nice reprieve from the noise to get through a couple of meetings, and is right up front so there's a lot of natural light from the street. And I don't mean to say the main area is loud - but you know coffee shops. Standard laid back music playing and people having conversations. You could definitely get work done from the main area, but it was nice to have a quieter space, too. They have some outside seating on the sidewalk, if you have your pup with you or if its just a nice day. I did not notice if there were outlets outside. Wifi works great. Our order was the matcha and peppermint mocha both with almond milk. Their simple syrup is made in house which almost always denotes a quality establishment. Both were delicious and hit the spot. It's a cute place with lots of room for a lot of people to hang out without being on top of people. Although, from a couple of conversations around us, it appeared to also be a place where locals hang out and talk up the pretty lady customers, lol. Which in both situations we witnessed, we watched as the females politely excused themselves and left. This will be a great stop on future roadtrips.
