Made eye contact with one of the regular servers on our way to be seated. Normally within a couple of minutes we'd be greeted by a friendly face, menus dropped off and drink order taken. Well not this time. We sat for bout 20 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. One server came to a table that was infront of us 3 times and didn't say a word to us. Nothing. A different server came to another table twice and again- nothing. To note, it wasn't very busy so we really couldn't understand the poor, or lack of service. We walked out disappointed and it'll likely be quite some time before, if ever we give Magnums another shot. Luckily, our next favorite place had a table available, and we ended up having a lovely evening filled with good food, great service and sine live music.
