Second, they let you take pictures and videos. Third, everyone is seated comfortably, bottle of water and bubbly (non-alcohol) in hand. So, the experience went smoothly. (Un)Like a say yes to the dress episode. However, my only complaint was. I felt like there wasn't lots of different dress. I said that I wanted to try different material and different shape. But, I felt like I was in the same dress with a small difference from the last one. Also, the assistant kept putting me in ball gown size 12-14 while she zipped me in a size 8 mermaid that fitted me like a glove. So of course, I felt like a ball of hay in the ball gown. But besides that. I had the experience of trying on wedding dresses with the precious women in my life.

I was newly engaged and not-at-all in the know about anything having to do with a wedding. The woman asked me if I had any appointments for dress shopping yet, and i said no. She said "When are you getting married?" and I said "6 months?" and she said "girl, you are Late!" so I panicked, made an appointment for the following saturday and went to have a mini-meltdown at home. I was dreading my appointment to this boutique to the point that I was sleepless the night before and thinking of calling my 3 girlfriends up to cancel. The woman from the shop had me go on their website and fill out some general information in advance and then print up some different photos of dresses I liked. I had NO idea what I liked. anyway- I garnered some courage and met my girlfriends for my appointment at 10am. I walked in and the place was bustling! cute young ladies in white and ivory Everywhere! I picked 4-5 dresses with the help of an employee. She came into the change room with my and helped get the dresses on and Io and behold, the dresses were not hideous! I actually really liked one and almost considered buying it on the spot, on my first day of dress shopping ever. They also have an option to rent for almost half the price of buying. I can't remember the name of the woman who was helping me but she was outstanding. Made me feel completely comfortable and helped me to figure out what it is I want in a dress. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fun experience wedding dress shopping.

However I was so impressed with the online experience I had to write a review anyways. So first I was very excited that the dress I was interested in was available in plus sizes - i used the sizing chart and because I was inbetween I sized up deciding if I needed to I would get it altered. if I didn't like it I could send it back because they have a solid return policy. I ordered the dress on a Thursday morning, paid for standard shipping and assumed it would arrive sometime next week since I live in Alberta. Imagine my shock when it arrived the NEXT DAY. Opened it up and everything was beautifully wrapped in ribbon with a beautiful note to boot. The dress is gorgeous - it will definitely need some hemming but I could not be more thrilled. I 100% will be buying from here again.

I was ready to drop over 1000.00$ for my wedding dress & 5 brides maid dresses and they didn't seem to care. waiting almost 25 minutes to check out, and the cashier wanted to give me the sample dress without a garnet bag... the dress was worn multiple times and not so white anymore. The good: Incredible service! The personnel was very helpful and patient with us. They showed us a variety of combinations. They also know their stuff. Although the personnel was kind of young, they were very nice and professional. While one person's choice was done (we were renting two suits), someone started taking the measurements, not wasting time. The bad: Changing room is very bland. Wallpaper of changing room was coming off (or previously pulled off). No one told me to join them again for measurements out of changing room, so I was waiting there like a fool for a while, and didn't feel "right" to leave my stuff unattended. But the bad are overshadowed by the great service and professionalism of the staff. Will go there for my own wedding later this year.

This is hands down the best tailor I have found. I came to Asma, the seamstress, with my wedding…read moredress after my wedding planned in the US got cancelled. I had my dress shipped from Miami to Montreal and trusted her with all my heart. It was THE BEST decision I could have made. She helped turn my dress which I hated and looked old, in the vision I had from the start. She and Lily cared so profoundly about me, my mother in law and even my mother who tuned in through Facetime. They took the time to listen to them (and we know it's not easy to listen to two moms chatting about a wedding dress...) Most importantly, she listened to me. She kept me calm throughout the process, every seam was perfect. She was an absolute angel. In fact I loved her work so much that I ended up asking her to change up another dress of mine made of delicate organza. She sowed in flowers perfectly, turning a simple dress into a couture dress for me to change into while still looking like a princess. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement... She literally came to my four-person wedding to make sure I had someone to fluff my dress right, put me in the dress, close each button carefully, if she had the chance to be there with me (but covid kept my mom away in NYC.) She is an expert in her field. Having worked in fashion and production, I can't speak too highly of how perfect each seam, each advice, each word was. I will never go to another seamstress and I can't wait to continue to build unique dresses I am COMPLETELY in love with.

Obviously it didn't work but made it worse. I can't get over what a half assed job they did on tailoring my dress. There is so much that I am frustrated about. I chose this place because it had a good reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did.
