Therefore, he was catching up and would call me back to schedule a date and time for the estimate. Two weeks passed before I was called by a different staff member. He asked our availability for the week and said he would call me right back after he spoke with the person who does the at home estimates (wouldn't he know that before calling me?)....that was three weeks ago and we still haven't heard anything. This is incredibly unprofessional! Where is the customer service? We will be looking elsewhere moving forward.
