When asked when we could schedule the repair, we were told we could come to the shop, or he could make a house call. We choose house call. Steve told us he could be there in 30 minutes if that were convenient. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repair, and offered suggestions for long-term care of our sewing machine. He made damages to my bathroom sink on removal and damaged my sub floor directly in front of my stove. He either poorly mixed the mortar or mixed it with other product than Schluter and ruined 550 dollars of underlayment and caused us to have to demo the mortar.
